We had an amazing afternoon with Tam, riding through the rice paddies and villages outside Hoi An. Tam was funny, informative and helpful, and although we didn’t realise at the time he took lots of photos of us riding around. Visiting the rice paper makers and mat weavers was thought provoking and educational. The riding is not hard, and there is no better way to see some of the real Viet Nam. Couldn’t recommend it higher.
Our family absolutely loved our tour with Tam. Riding electric scooters through the countryside was such a fun way to see the area, and with hardly any traffic, we felt totally at ease. Tam took us to visit some local families who make things like rice paper and sleeping mats by hand. It was such a unique experience and felt really special to be welcomed into their homes. Afterward, Tam brought us to a few restaurants to try local food – everything was delicious! Tam explained so much about the dishes and the culture, which made it even better. Plus, he’s just a super friendly guy to hang out with. This tour was a highlight of our trip. We’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!
We (family of 5) booked the bike tour on Cam Kim island with Tam. It was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. After the tour in Hoi An it was very refreshing to leave the buzz behind for 2 hrs and go on a bike tour enjoying the beautiful landscape of Cam Kim island. Tam was an exceptional tour guide with putting the stops in ideal places and share stories. We loved the visit to the local families and meeting the incredibly lovely people. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.
We had a great time with Tam, it was beautiful and easy to ride the bikes and we got to see so much more by having our own wheels. Tam additionally helped us find a tailor and taxi that we used for our trip, as well as some great food recommendations.
