Cristina was friendly and clearly knew her stuff. She answered all our questions on culture and history. There were some parts of the tour though that she could have helped us make more efficient. We didn't know we were going to a market so we didn't have cash on us. Also, it would have been good if she had mentioned the palace was going to stop admitting people at 8PM since we could have chosen to prioritize that rather than get there a minute late. Most of all, we were disappointed in the lack of restaurant and specific food suggestions. Overall, we're glad we did the tour as a way to make the most of our long layover time in Seoul and Cristina was a friendly local to walk around with and provide some interesting information.Friendly/knowledgeable but can improve

Cristina was so patient with me! She explained everything, was an engaging and fun tour guide. Fluent in English, conversation was easy and fun. I will book again when I come back to Seoul!Absolutely fabulous

Wir hatten eine längere Tour geplant, die aber wegen Flugverspätung kürzer ausfallen musste. Cristina war sehr geduldig und hat auf uns gewartet und dann die Tour angepasst. Wir konnten so unseren kurzen Zwischenstopp in Seoul gut nutzen. Vielen Dank!Super nette Kurz-Tour durch Seoul

A lovely tour through the palace area with lots of good chatting. A stop at Insadong and Ikesedong was a great introduction to the areas. A great timeA lovely morning!

Cristina was a great guide. Very informative of the history and culture. She is also flexible at changing plans and pivoting to make sure everyone has a good time, which is a God send with jet lagged kids. She asked my kids lots of questions to get to know them and got them talking to her like a buddy. She is also very efficient! We went to a castle on a national holiday so the lines were long, but she knew how to maneuver our family to get us in quicker. Overall I would highly recommend!Informative and efficient

We had a great experience with Cristina. She covered a broad range of topics on our tour and answered all of our various questions, including about food, shopping, architecture, history, Korean social life, Korean work life, and cultural trends. She was able to make the tour interesting for both our teenage daughter as well as us parents.

We enjoyed our time with Cristina, appreciated that she was patient with us when we arrived late. Due to the heat, we could not complete the entire planned tour, at our request. I wish she had been more informed about Seoul/Joseon history. But to be fair, the unexpected heat in September really made it impossible to enjoy the typical stops. Thanks!
