It was really wonderful and we got a lot of information and had a lovely day. Kennedy had a lot of information for us and showed us some awesome places. Her english is great and we could understand everything. Commnication before the trip was nice and soon had great conversations and enjoyed the day.

Kennedy is one of the best tour guides we have known. She is bright, energetic and knows Tokyo - past and present - extremely well. She customized a tour for our specific interests and showed us things not on the typical "tourist trail". She is personable and fun to talk to. Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, hatten eine Tour durch Shibuya gebucht. Es gab keine Probleme Kennedy zu finden und sie hatte eine sehr interessante Tour geplant, welche speziell an unsere Wünsche angepasst war. Sie konnte uns sehr viel zu allem möglichen erzählen und war generell sehr Kommunikativ. Besonders Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man Kennedy ausgezeichnet verstanden hat. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir diese Tour gebucht haben und würden es jederzeit wieder tun. Eine wundervolle tour durch Shibuya!!

Kennedy took onboard everything we’d said when booking & took us to the Meiji Jingu shrine sharing with us so much about both the history (pointing out details we’ve seen in the other shrines/temples we’ve since visited) and etiquette of visiting shrines which has been hugely valuable. We just completed a private tour with Kennedy this weekend, and it was fantastic. My wife and I are visiting Tokyo for a few days before starting a cruise around Japan, and we wanted to learn how to navigate the train system so we could explore on our own the next day. We also wanted to see some local favorites and hidden gems that we might not have found ourselves. Kennedy met us right at our hotel (which was next to a train station), helped us set up Suica cards, and guided us on using the trains as we toured the city. Her suggested stops were wonderful, and her knowledge of the history and culture made each place even more memorable. What really stood out was Kennedy’s warm personality and great conversation. We felt less like clients on a tour, and more like out-of-town friends being shown around by someone who truly loves Tokyo and wants you to love it too. The next day, thanks to Kennedy’s help, we confidently put our new train skills to the test — making multiple transfers across different lines without getting lost. If you’re visiting Tokyo, we highly recommend booking a day with Kennedy. And as a tip: if you’re an iPhone user, you can purchase a Suica card directly in your Apple Wallet — it worked perfectly for us! And Apple Maps will give you full directions using the trains and walking instructions. Super easy.

Kennedy was dead on time. She took us to Asakusa, an old area of Tokyo with large temples and a busy shopping area. Kennedy had strong knowledge of local history and architecture. We had some good chats about Japanese religions and legends. We ended with a stroll beside the river. All in all, a good experience. Knowledgeable, chatty guide

Kennedy made sure Tokyo not only lived up to our pretty high expectations, but even surpassed it. We asked her to show us something not too touristy and let our teenage boys experience Tokyo. And boy did she deliver! From a fairly off-the-beaten track shrine (and guiding us how to behave appropriately in the shrine), to letting our boys live out their manga and anime expectations, we could not have asked for more. A fine and extremely articulate lady who knows how to deliver Tokyo beyond the stereotype. We would recommend booking Kennedy to let you experience Tokyo. Experience Tokyo with panache

We had a great time with Kennedy today. Ahead of time, I told her a few things we wanted to see and she put together a great tour for us and took the extra time to talk us through using the train system and buying tickets, which was very helpful for the rest of our trip. I would definitely recommend a tour with Kennedy!Very thoughtful tour
