Agung not only knows everything about the island but genuinely cared about our interests, was thoughtful to our needs, and made best use of the time we allocated. He is a very effective communicator, did not rush us at any point, and customized various stops on our itinerary based on input we provided to him. He also surprised us by exceeding expectations like sunset dinner on the beach, local village visits, and hidden gems that other tours will not likely visit. We tend to set the bar high for customer service when we look for local guides - Agung was a perfect fit for what we hoped to accomplish and made our travel logistics a breeze. We had one day in Bali after getting off a cruise ship and having a late evening flight, so we booked Agung to show us some of the sights. He picked us up from the dock at 9am and planned a full day of sightseeing for us, which, despite the weather not being the greatest, ended up being an extremely enjoyable day. Agung stayed with us until after 8pm when he dropped us at the airport, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful day. I highly recommend Agung for your Bali sightseeing.Wonderful day! Agung was an amazing guide.

We had an AMAZING time with Agung. He was incredibly friendly, and though we were running late, he was very accomodating. He showed us to all of the local spots, and explained a lot of history as well! Honestly, it felt less like a tour guide, and more like a new local friend showing us around the city. He taught me gently and kindly. Not only did he explain about coffee, but he also answered all my questions about Indonesian food, clothing, housing, and Buddhism. The day flew by, and I truly had a great time.The time when we drank coffee together was amazing. Next time, I’d like to go around July to experience things I couldn’t this time, like the harvest. We loved our day tour of Bali with Agung. We were staying in Jimbaran, but this tour took us all over the island—including to areas we would not likely have explored on our own. We wanted to combine two of the offered tours (Bali highlights and the coffee tour) as we did not have time for both. Agung was extremely easy to work with and accommodated our requests happily.
