I was born in Tokyo and grew up in Tokyo. I’m a university graduate and also studied classical ballet. Food is my number one passion and my other passion is travel.

I have travelled extensively throughout my life and continue to do so. I have visited The U.S., Great Britain, Europe, and many countries in Southeast Asia. I also lived in Australia for about a year. During that time, I studied English and visited many wineries in Barossa and the Hunter Valley.

I have recently spent 7 years living in Ogasawara, which is a group of islands 1,000km off the East coast of Japan, but still a part of Tokyo. During my time there , I swam offshore with Dolphins on many occasions… one of my childhood dreams! Did I say I love animals?

During my travels I have met many people and made many lifelong friends. I love to show my country to my friends when they visit me in Japan. I love taking them to places they probably would not see if they were traveling on their own. It makes me proud to showcase my countries, food and culture.

I like nothing better than spending time with friends eating Tumami like Sashimi or Yakitori while enjoying nice wines , beers or Japanese Sake!

We had a good adventure from Ai to show us around and telling us everything we asked and wondered about. We loved to know more of the culture and history! Ai also showed us many places that we wanted to go and see. She also got us a taxi at the end. Ai is kind and wonderful person in all ways! We enjoyed our time greatly. What a lovely lady Ai is. She planned a wonderful afternoon for us including a delicious authentic Japanese meal. We experienced first hand the culture, food, sites and sounds that we were really looking forward to. Ai was very welcoming with a great personality which made our whole group enjoy our time together that much more. Our tour today with Ai was fabulous. We loved the location because it was a local neighbourhood and not a highly touristed area. The tasting selections were delicious. Ai was very knowledgeable and chatty, answering all our questions and later sent some wonderful suggestions for restaurants for the rest of our stay. Fabulous experience with Ai

Ai made the booking process quick and simple. Meeting her at the designated location was easy. Throughout the entire trip Ai was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Her English was excellent. Could not have asked for a better experience.Great Experience

Had a great time with Ai. Well worth the trip from east tokyo. Had a lot of variety of food & very tasty. It was good to see where local Tokyo people eat & shop. Prices are so much more reasonable than the tourist area. I would suggest you skip the walk in the park bc we walked enough.Great time
