I am a Cuban art lover who lives in Buenos Aires, photographer, producer, and used to be an event and audiovisual producer in Cuba. I moved to Argentina three years ago and I am passionate about Buenos Aires art, especially all the elements related to the HIP HOP culture and as one of its results the graffiti. Two months ago I decided to leave the office and undertake something that would give me more time to do my work, to live and connect with my essence and the essence of everyone.

I try to combine the things that I like most in this tour that I offer: photography, painting, and meeting people from all over the world, I have stories in my backpack. The history of graffiti in Buenos Aires, come, I wait for you, it will be an unforgettable day .

Alain was prompt to make contact; was waiting for us at the meeting point ahead of time; was enthusiastic about his walk; was very knowledgeable about the street art and local area; happily shared interesting facts about the neighbourhood. Having said that, the tour was a little expensive for the length and what we saw. Had I realised cost was quoted in Euros not local currency I definitely would not have booked it. My oversight. Alain is a terrific conversationalist. I could have talked to him for hours. He is quite knowledgeable about the street art scene as well as the political, cultural and social history of Argentina and his evident passion for the subject makes his tour exciting. Being a Cuban emigre makes him quite unique and offers a particularly interesting perspective. He is very friendly and eager to please and so was happy to adapt the tour and pickup to our needs. Wow,, just wow. Alain was the consummate guide. Extremely knowledgeable about urban art . His ability to put a historical context on what is displayed in parts of Buenos Aires was amazing. Alain clearly takes the time to maintain his knowledge to make sure he can provide the best tour possible. Having a tour with a family of 3 generations and who did not all speak the same language can be challenging. However not only did Alain was able to adapt , he made the entire tour extremely engaging for everyone. His passion shines trough , by the end of the tour he was not a tour guide , it felt like an old friend who was kind enough to take us around BA. He was able to accomplish this , whilst showing us this amazing art form and explaining the rich history of this beautifu city. Such a fantastic experience with a great story teller, highly recommend! Passionate and so much knowledge !

This guy is living his best life. He has so much passion he is infectious to hang around. We did a bicycle city tour and we loved every minute. Alain gave us an insight into how he see’s Buenos Aires and also some history lessons along the way. We hope to meet Alain again. Alain aka the lion
