Hello, I'm Alessandra and I can be your guide who will show you the best tapas and wine places in Faro. I was born on the wonderful islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and immigrated to Portugal when I was young. I grew up in Lisbon and lived for about a year and a half in Slovakia, it was a very good experience, but 9 years ago I discovered the city of Faro and like many others I loved it and stayed here. A small city that offers a diversity of tourist and cultural attractions, a tempting climate throughout the year. This city offers a complete gastronomy, offering something for all types of palates, cafes, restaurants and historic bars in Faro that will provide you with pleasant and delicious moments. Alessandra was extremely accommodating for us and our 2 children. She picked places with authentic Portuguese food and that were family friendly. All of her food choices were delicious! Even kid approved ;) ! We recommend her services to anyone traveling to Faro! Faro with kids

Our party of 4 was delighted with the experience that Alessandra provided. From arranging for an Uber to pick us up after we got lost trying to find the meeting spot, to making sure our individual preferences were honored at the different restaurants, she was charming, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a memorable afternoon and the highlight of our time in the Algarve to that point. Very highly recommended!Best time ever!

Our food tour of Faro was a delight. Alessandra was our guide and planned well. The stops were well chosen for location, decor and, of course, the food. The highlight was the finale - the wine tasting at Opus One. Pedro, the sommelier, was not only knowledgeable but also entertaining. It was, by far, the best wine tasting ever - not to be missed.Faro and food - terrific together

We absolutely LOVED Alessandra! She was friendly, smart and kind. She took us to amazing places to try out the best Portuguese cuisine. Her choices were diverse and she included our input onto those choices. We enjoyed all of her well thought out foods! Highly recommend her as your choice for this tour. We had an incredible tour with Alessandra with my family. Her bubbly personality and exciting energy was infectious and set the scene for a great tour! We visited some great restaurants and the food and the history behind it was amazing. Only disappointment was it was too short and we would have loved to spend further time!
