I have to start by saying our time with Alex was our favorite part of our two days in Venice. She showed us the world of local Venice cuisine and embraced our adventurous food pallates. From showing us the best "Trammezino" and explaining how the Euopean tea culture impacted the local Italian treat to delicious fried anchovies in cheese, to the BEST hot chocolate cake we've ever tried. Alex was knowledgeable, engaginging, informative and a joy to spend time with. We look forward to more tours with her if we return to Venice. Amazing Food Tour in Venice

We had a fantastic day with Alexandra. Her love for authentic Venetian food and culture came shining through in her tour. Alexandra brought us to local favorites and gave us numerous tips on how to eat and shop like locals. She seamlessly wove Venetian history into the food tour. I would definitely recommend beginning your journey in Venice with Alexandra so you can take advantage of your newfound knowledge. She also provided recommendations for other spots that we would enjoy later in the week. As a side note, I had broken my glasses and she called an optical shop and I was able to get them fixed. It was our first food tour experience and I’m glad we had the chance to meet Alexandra. She set very high standards for future experiences. From explaining Venice history, tips on how to move easily through Venice to what to look for when in search for good food and authentic experiences, she shared all and so much more. Our group has done multiple food tours all over Europe, and our tour with Alexandra was hands down the best ever. Alexandra was personable, knowledgable, friendly, and went the extra kilometer with us. She provided great knowledge of Venice, the history, and the culture and necessary etiquette to treat Venetians properly. She made us regret not having more time in Venice. Our experience with Alexandra was so positive, we will recommend her/tour to all our friends coming to Venice.Best Food Tour EVER!!!

My husband Tom and I took the "10 Tastings of Venice" tour with Alexandra last week. We loved it! Alexandra guided us around Venice for three hours providing her insight into modern life in the city as well as some historical highlights. We tasted cicchetti and drank local wine in four locations. Alexandra is an enthusiastic, charming guide who answered all our questions and treated us really well. She lives in the city and knows a lot of the merchants - so we really felt like we were walking around the city with a local friend. My advice for people considering this tour is to arrive hungry and pace yourself with the bites, so you can taste them all. I highly recommend Alexandra as a guide for any Venice tour. Alexandra was incredible. She showed us the best local spots with delicious foods that true Venetians would enjoy. We had a variety of wine, spritz (the Venetian version), cured meats, seafood, and desserts. Everything was top notch and Alexandra was also a great historian who would answer our questions about Venetian history and architecture as we walked through the streets. Thank you so much Alexandra for giving us the best introduction to Venice!Amazing guide and great food!

Alexandria is an amazing guide and very personable. our group of 4 had an amazing time and learned a lot about the history and culture. Our stop for a bite was amazing calamari and shrimp...so good! I highly recommended!Alexandria- Venice

Alexandra was an awesome tour guide! She took us to all local places (and showed us how to recognize them) which we loved - in fact we went back to one of them the next day for lunch! We mentioned that we didn't get to try any Chianti when in Florence and so she had the last place bring some out for us to try! I feel like we got much more than we paid. She helped us understand how to navigate in Venice. I highly recommend this tour with Alexandra. There were 4 of us and we all loved it! I have done food tours in almost every place I've travelled to and I have to say this was one of the best and Alexandra a fantastic guide! Awesome tour with A,exandra
