Ana was very knowledgeable about Pere LaChaise. She had done her research about the back stories of some of the people that were buried there. As a researcher, I know this takes time. She was passionate so three hours went by fast. We also learned about the overall history of Paris. If you want to dig deeper into Paris, this tour is a must-do. We had a very sunny day and that helps too. We would recommend this tour to our friends that want to learn more than the tourist spots in Paris. A wonderful Afternoon in Paris!

Our family of four (two adults, two teens) had a wonderful experience on our tour with Ana. She was warm, knowledgeable and thorough. She kept the tour going at a good pace, shared insights into many of the people buried in Pere Lachaise, both well known and obscure, and also shared a great deal of fascinating knowledge about the history of the cemetery itself. We hopped off of our plane and met Ana at Père-Lachaise. It was clear that Ana loves Père-Lachaise, and I loved that she reached out beforehand to see if there were any certain monuments/graves we wanted to see. I had NO idea how large the cemetery is and it would have certainly been overwhelming without her to guide us. I cannot recommend this tour or Ana enough. She even showed us a great app for navigating the city and walked us to the metro. Five stars for sure.Wonderful Afternoon with Ana

It was seven years ago on a trip to Paris that we had a tour with Ana, and so looked forward to working with her again. There was a specific burial site that I wanted to see. She did her research, and led us to it on the walk. She also pointed out burial sites of many famous folk. She used her IPad a number of times which added to the presentation. I highly recommend Ana for this tour. Ana is terrific and lighthearted

Ana was punctual, knowledgeable and funny. But also down to earth and not too chatty. We learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed it Like visiting the cemetery with a friend

Our tour at Père Lachaise was fantastic! The guide spoke excellent English and added so much value with her deep knowledge and engaging stories. She also used extra materials that really brought the history to life. It was both informative and enjoyable – highly recommended!great tour, lot's of extra knowledge

Ana was very knowledgeable and engaging. She answered our many questions throughout the tour. Not only did we learn lots about the many artists and writers who lived in the area, Ana told us an array of stories about their lives giving context and showing the various ways that connected the vibrant communities we walked through. Her tour is a must for those interested in the Impressionists and Montmartre. 10

This walking tour was such a wonderful highlight to this special birthday trip. As someone who has studied art and this being my second visit to Paris, I really wanted to try something a little different. I really appreciated the reliable communication in the lead up to this experience and being asked when we first met, what I wanted to get out of this experience. And of course, it was super exciting to stand outside the cafes, bars or homes that the Impressionists has once been at. Ana is really lovely, patient and knowledgeable- I was so lucky that Ana was available as my guide for this walking tour. We could deviate from the topic a little to also appreciate all the current street art which was fun too. As a result of our time together, I learnt about lesser-known artists and received such great suggestions for what to do next in the afternoon. I’m really unsure as to what to suggest to make this tour even better?? As someone who struggles with remembering facts, perhaps just some highlights captured through a QR code for me to take some of this info and review later? So yes, I’m highly recommending tours with a local and Ana of course if you’re lucky to have her. Such a great idea “with locals” and I’m so grateful for this experience.A Perfect Paris Morning
