I was born and raised in Lisbon and must warn you that I have an ongoing romance with this small but vibrant city.

On my tours, I'll share both its history and current happenings. I have a background in law and journalism, but walking around town and introducing new people to these old streets is what I love to do most :)

When I'm not doing tours, I can be found either rock climbing, drawing, or trying my best to stay on tempo on my guitar.

My wife and I spent a wonderful three hours with Ana on walking tour of Lisbon. In spite of the rain, Ana went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon. I cannot recommend Ana enough as a local guide in Lisbon. Her love for the city, its people, and the culture is so evident. Ana provided us with an insightful historical perspective that blended well with her love of Portuguese literature and art. Any time with Ana as your guide is well spent!Ana is wonderful!

Touring with Ana was a wonderful way for our family to spend part of our first day in Lisbon. She was warm and welcoming, with excellent knowledge of Lisbon history and culture. We felt we had a better idea of the layout of the city and sites we wanted to revisit after taking her tour. She took time to answer our questions, provided opportunities for picture-taking and introduced us to the delicious pastel de nata. We all greatly enjoyed spending time with Ana! Our tour of Lisbon with Ana was amazing!!!! She was so knowledgeable and offered us such great insight into the history and culture here. She answered all our questions and let us go at our own pace. This was absolutely a great way to see Lisbon and experience some nooks and crannies we would have missed on our own. Highly recommend Ana and the walking tour! Worth every cent!!!Amazing!!!!

Ana gave us the perfect tour of Lisbon! We saw so many amazing, special places. She really does know the hidden gems (and where to find escalators, lol). Our group of Germans & Americans greatly enjoyed our time with Ana! She was very communicative both before the tour (after booking) and during the tour. Her insights were great and she did an excellent job tailoring the conversation to both the adults and teenagers within our group. She gave us an amazing dinner restaurant recommendation and even dropped us off the at the end of the tour. We loved the stop for egg custard tarts!! We'll definitely be eating the again during our time in Lisbon.Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a wonderful tour with Ana! It felt like walking and chatting with a friend😊. We learned a lot of Portugal’s interesting history, and managed to see a lot of Lisbon, in a short time, without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend!Loved our tour!
