Hello everybody, I'm Armando, born and raised in the historic centre of Napoli Passionate about music, love to listen to bebop, hard-bop, blues, rock, grunge, soul. I graduated in Chinese and Egnlish languages and literatures. Lived in Naples for 26 years, one in Tianjin, China and the other one in Leuven, Belgium. Graduated in 2024 with a Double Master's Degree in International Sciences. If you are looking for an authentic neapolitan experience I'm the go to person to ask! Had an amazing food tour with Armando. His knowledge about the area and culture in Naples was exceptional. The walk through the city was just as interesting as our food stops. The food was delicious and the local specialities were outstanding. Highly recommend!Great food...Great host

Our heartfelt thanks to Armando, the 3 hours flew by! He navigated us through the oldest city, we discovered castles, the palace and the very special church (Gesu Nuovo) as well as great coffee and ice cream (Mennella!!!). Armando was very accommodating for any questions, breaks and suggestions, also keeping our kids (13 and 15) interested. He showed and told us honest, critical but also funny stories and places. We had several guides on our trip but the walk with Armando really felt as a walk with a local, or like meeting a friend of a friend. Bedankt!Great for family of 4

Armando was great! He recommended places to eat prior to us meeting him. He took us to the highlights of the city, explaining the reasoning behind the architecture and build. He was very knowledgable and took us through local areas to truly experience life as an Italian in Naples! We look forward to coming and visiting again and hope you visit us in the future in our own city too!An immersive experience

We had a great time with Armando. He knows a lot about the history of Naples and gave us an extensive insight about how the people live nowadays. We could easily trust ourselves on his guidance, he showed us places and flavours that we would never explore by on our own. We arrived with a baby, Armando was very flexible and could adapt to our daily routine without any problem. We absolutely recommend his guide to anyone who is curious about the authentic Napoli.

Armando is a lovely man who speaks extremely intelligently about Naples and its complex history. He is kind and engaging and happy to discuss any and all topics of interest. The food ranged from coffee and sweets, to pizza, wine, mozzarella cheese and of course gelato!! He even went out of his way the day of our tour to get some very special mozzarella cheese ahead of time from a store that he knew was going to be closed and he didn’t want us to miss out on the experience. Our adult children enjoyed having a peer to speak with and we would recommend Armando without hesitation. Food tour with Armando!

We had such a great food tour with Armando through Naples. He was very personable, spoke perfect English, and was very interesting to talk with. We were a group of 6 and he was very thorough in answering all of our questions about both food and culture. All of the food stops were great, and the food was delicious, and very filling!
