We moved to Florence after 16 years in London and now enjoy the food and wine that this exceptional region has to offer. We like to share this with guests from around the world and show you the local markets, food, wineries and also talk about this over lunch or dinner at our home.
I also have a Diploma in Wine from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London and have enjoyed getting to know the wines of Tuscany. I have selected my personal favourite wineries which I am happy to show you and also enjoy their wines with our dinners.

We had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic food tour in Florence, guided by the exceptional Axel. His culinary knowledge combined with insider insights about the city made for a truly unforgettable experience.
The tour was a delightful mix of food and a charming walk through the city with Axel sharing fascinating historical tidbits that you simply wont find anywhere else. I can't recommend it enough. There's nothing more enjoyable than being with someone who truly knows the cuisine and offers engaging and fun conversation.

We had the extreme pleasure of spending an unforgettable Florentine afternoon with Axel. We stopped off here and there as we walked - the Saturday market, tiny local bodegas, a top notch wine shop, and finally, the highest quality gelato in Florence. We learned as we walked and tasted, about the food and wine we were tasting, and the history and culture of Florence. Absolutely Phenomenal

Axel was an incredible guide! He was knowledgeable and interesting and let us set the pace of tour. The amount of food we were served was insane - much more than small tastings. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour. We also received great tips about how to explore Florence respectfully and were introduced to great local gems along the way. Excellent host
