Being a Sydney based Withlocals tour guide I wanted to do a tour with another WL guide. Ngoc Ruby was a Vietnamese version of me. My husband and I wanted a hybrid city/food tour for 5 hours which may seem like a long time but in my opinion not long enough. Ruby packed so much in, took us to historical sites, introduced us to street food and took us to a few Michelin rated restaurants. It was truly a wonderful start to our Vietnam trip. We had a great morning with Ruby walking around Hanoi, seeing things we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Communication before the tour was really good and she tailored the tour to our needs. She made a real effort with our nine year old daughter and we would highly recommend Ruby.Great Time With Ruby.

Ruby was so friendly and gave us great information about the pottery Village. She also was very accommodating of our baby. The ecopark was a great hit and we saw many different animals. I highly recommend this tour and Ruby as a tour guide.Pottery Village Tour

Ruby was my guide during a 12 hour excursion to Halong Bay from Hanoi. The time flew by and the trip was memorable, in large part due to Ruby.
