We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Boyd through the streets of Berlin. He was a wealth of knowledge and a World War II history buff. So we fit right in. We asked him to show us how the trains work and how to get from point A to point B. We learned a lot from our walks amongst historical sites and monuments. Boyd hat uns 4h durch Berlin geführt und mit Informationen und besonderen Geschichten/ Anekdoten zum staunen, lachen und nachdenken gebracht. We opted for Boyd for his background as history teacher and we wanted to see other parts of Berlin than the usual highlights. Well, we couldn’t have wished for anything better. We had a really great bike tour in the S/ SE part of the center of Berlin. Along the way Boyd shared his impressive knowledge of Berlin’s history, architecture, political past, etc. and we appreciated the ample time he gave us for a very pleasant interactive Q&A every time we halted a yet another interesting site. We were so happy to have spent the whole day with Boyd. When booked I felt that we would connect with him and we did. A fabulous day biking through Berlin. We traveled many boroughs and learnt about the culture and history and people of Berlin amongst lots of other things. Boyd has so much knowledge about all things Berlin and beyond.
