We discussed with Caleb beforehand what we wanted to see and do in Hong Kong and he tailored a 5 hour tour for us that covered everything!
He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Caleb met us at the Star Ferry terminal, we went to the Island, went on the Peak Tram, he showed us sights we didn't even know about, he knew the best place to buy egg tarts and even got us soup dumplings. In Kowloon he took us to the longest escalator and on a ding ding bus. Caleb was telling us about the history and culture throughout the tour.
We would definitely use him again and thoroughly recommend Caleb to anyone wanting a tour guide. Five star service!Excellent guide, would highly recommend.

Caleb is amazing! Took us to all the great places that we would never know to go. Explained some history along the way. Best part was explaining how to eat the food.One of the best food tours!

Did the 10 tasting tour with Caleb Chan. Being our first time in Hong Kong, we found it very informative, having a good mix of learning about Hong Kong, visiting souvenir shops, and tasting local foods in restaurants we never would have went to due to the language barrier. Ended up finding the best pork soup dumplings (xiao lung bao) ever! Caleb is a great tour guide. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but being born in America, he spoke fluent English, which is a great asset. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Hong Kong the first time.Great tour with Caleb

We only had one day to see Hong Kong. What I loved about this tour with Caleb is that not only did he take us to taste food we would have never found, but he also took us around the city. We saw three different areas of the city and learned to ride the tram in a few hours. I felt like we really got a feeling for Hong Kong which I loved.A great way to experience Hong Kong

Caleb, being a local, has an impressive depth of knowledge about the town and its history, making the tour both educational and delightful. The tastings we tried were carefully selected from his favorite eateries, and each one was a delight for the taste buds. Caleb went above and beyond by providing us with recommendations for places to visit after the tour, which was incredibly helpful. What an excellent introduction to Hong Kong Central. As a first timer in Hong Kong I had lots of questions about where to go, what to eat and what are the protocols around this. All of these questions were answered and that gave me the confidence to get way more out of this trip.
Caleb was great!, super easy going and really knowledgeable about the local area and the different types of local cuisine that should be tried (complete with stories of what his Grandma used to do!). The pace of the tour was good and even managed to pack in some key historical sites.
Would highly recommend this for first timers to Hong Kong, or frequent travelers who want to know the best secret eating spots.
