What an excellent introduction to Hong Kong Central. As a first timer in Hong Kong I had lots of questions about where to go, what to eat and what are the protocols around this. All of these questions were answered and that gave me the confidence to get way more out of this trip.
Caleb was great!, super easy going and really knowledgeable about the local area and the different types of local cuisine that should be tried (complete with stories of what his Grandma used to do!). The pace of the tour was good and even managed to pack in some key historical sites.
Would highly recommend this for first timers to Hong Kong, or frequent travelers who want to know the best secret eating spots.

Did the 10 tasting tour with Caleb Chan. Being our first time in Hong Kong, we found it very informative, having a good mix of learning about Hong Kong, visiting souvenir shops, and tasting local foods in restaurants we never would have went to due to the language barrier. Ended up finding the best pork soup dumplings (xiao lung bao) ever! Caleb is a great tour guide. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but being born in America, he spoke fluent English, which is a great asset. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Hong Kong the first time.Great tour with Caleb

Easy to communicate with. He asked about food choices, and was totally flexible when we told him tidbits about our family history in HK. My sons loved all the food. So full by end of tour. Caleb even helped us pick up motion sickness pills for our ride back on Turbojet. Thank you, and we will see you again.knowledgable and friendly tour guide
