I am Scientific Researcher, specialized in Paleontology and Evolution, but also devoted to study History and Arts, and also a teacher who really loves teaching. And with a deep pride about the cultural heritage of my country., this last clearly seen in the city of Lima. I really enjoy showing to other people the stories, places and hidden treasures of this old city, but doing it in a funny way, with my goal being to build a joyful experience. Carlos gave us a wonderful 5-hour walking tour of the center of Lima which comprised several stops and explanations covering art, history, local culture, political environment and economics. Would highly recommend for a private tour!Excellent, detailed walk in central Lima

Carlos gave me a wonderful tour through Lima. We combined a hidden gems city tour with a culinary tour. There is so much to see and he has an incredible depth of knowledge and love of his city. I booked the "Highlights & Hidden Gems of Lima" tour with Carlos (approximately 3 hours) after living abroad for nearly 20 years. I brought my husband and two family members who are locals, and we all absolutely loved it! Carlos expertly guided us through the city in both English and Spanish, sharing fascinating insights that even the locals didn't know. My family was impressed, and we did not stop talking about it long after the tour ended. His deep knowledge of Lima's rich history and engaging storytelling made the experience truly memorable. We spent 4 hours with Carlos in the old city of Lima. He had lots of great history stories to share with us and we enjoyed touring the Monastery of San Francisco as well as the catacombs. It was especially nice to have a local sharing his experiences and the history that he obviously loved. It meant so much more. Thank you Awesome experience with Carlos

Carlos told us so much about Lima and Peru: it's history, architecture, and where it is today. It really helped put our whole trip to Peru in context. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He showed us historical and beautiful buildings in El Centro, and really helped us understand them and the city - he didn't just give us the dry facts. It was a great tour!
