I was looking for a tour in Guadalajara, but I wanted something different since I had been there so many times during my childhood. This time, a friend of mine from India was joining me. While surfing the internet, I came across Maya. I started a chat with her, and almost immediately, we began planning our tour of the city. Our adventure started at the Hospicio Cabañas, and from there, we walked all around downtown Guadalajara. Maya explained everything in detail and patiently answered all our questions. She also adjusted the itinerary according to our preferences. The tour was so intimate and personal that it felt like visiting the city with a friend. Thank you, Maya!Incredible experience

Maya’s food tour was fantastic. Her knowledge of Mexican cuisine, as well as her knowledge of Guadalajara was excellent. The food spots she took us too were delicious, we tried many Jalisco delicacies and she kept checking in to see how full we were. At the end of the tour she gave us some extra options depending on how much more we could eat. She was super friendly and informative and we would 100% use her againExceptional food tour

I did the 3 hours 10 tastings food tour with Maya. Her emphasis is on local specialties from Guadalajara. The food was excellent and I’m not sure that I made it to 10 I was so stuffed. Her knowledge of the city and history is excellent. She is very accommodating to your preferences. If you’re an English speaker, Maya’s English is perfect so you’ll have no issues there. The tour wasn’t rushed and felt plenty long. I highly recommended hiring Maya for one of the many tours she offers, including her tours to explore different neighborhoods if your consisting a move to GuadalajaraDo yourself a favor and book Maya

Maya is outstanding. She is a wonderful tour guide, and more importantly, a wonderful person. She knows Guadalajara well, and understands the nuances of important cultural differences between Mexico, the United States, and other Latin-American nations. We had a great time with Maya showing us all the great local places to eat. Everything was delicious and we made sure to come hungry! By the end of the tour, we were so stuffed. This is a great experience if you really want to learn and eat what the locals eat. I love how quick everything was too! Definitely a must try.Amazing Local Food Tour
