Celine was a fantastic guide. Her English was great. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain about the city's history and culture whilst showing us some tasty treats and explaining some of the things to look for in traditional danish cuisine. She gave us some lovely suggestions on where was worth exploring for dinner that evening too and what was a good idea to visit whilst we were in the city. She even managed to do what I couldn't (and I have been living and working elsewhere in Denmark for about 10 months myself) and explain the concept of 'hygge' to us in a way that even I finally think I understand it...Skip lunch, because you will feel full after this tour on food, with a side of history and culture

Copenhagen Food & Drink Private Tour: Scandinavian Delights Tasting This was a fantastic tour, and so much more than just a sample of Copenhagen's culinary delights. Celine is a marvelous guide and her status as a French ex pat enhanced her ability to explain Danish culture and food to us. In the span of just a few hours, Celine imparted to us an understanding and love of this incredible city. My husband and I highly, highly recommend this tour, and most particularly, our guide, Celine, to any foodie visiting Copenhagen, but I do want to emphasize that this was so much more than just a culinary experience. Celine did an outstanding job of introducing us to Copenhagen both in terms of the highlights and hidden gems as well as the culture and "personality" of the Danish. I think the fact that she has been in Copenhagen for so many years but came from a different country originally gave her great insight into what it's like to be new to the country. We'd read a great deal about Copenhagen and watched numerous youtube videos but Celine's tour helped us put it all together and take the best advantage of our next few days in Copenhagen. That's why I'm glad this was our first tour after arriving in Copenhagen.Do this tour !

Celine was a tremendous guide, giving us insights into the culture as well as showing us historical sites, including ones we never would have seen. She had an engaging personality and had lots of stories to make it come alive. She answered every question and we never felt hurried. I felt like I had made a new friend.A tour not to be missed!

Our private guide, Céline Faty, was incredible. She was punctual and that set the tone. Warm, engaging and knowledgeable. Time was flying by as we walked and talked, ate and drank. From pasty and coffee to street dogs to marketplaces and ending with open faced sandwiches and rhubarb schnapps.
