I am a person passionate about travel, history and the gastronomy of the places I visit. It is for this reason that since I moved to live in Valencia in 2007 I have studied to be a tour guide, I have read a lot about the history and monuments of this city and at the same time I have trained as a cook. I currently work in the restaurant of a hotel in Valencia and at the same time I work as a local guide in this beautiful city. My other hobbies are nature activities such as hiking, mountain biking and canoeing; Therefore, I also lead excursions in natural parks and protected areas of the Valencian Community.

Onze, mijn dochter en ik, afspraak stond op zondag om 10.00 uur gepland. Deze tijd kwam onms eigenlijk niet goed uit en appte Cesar met de vraag of dit wat later kon. Dit bleekl geen probleem. Cesar is een prettige man die graag vertelt over Valencia en je probeert mee te nemen in zijn verhalen. Wat hem goed lukt.Sympathiek en enthousiast

We were only in Valencia for a day so decided to book a tour with Cesar so we could see as much of this beautiful city as we could in the time we had. And so glad we did. Cesar was so friendly and knowledgeable and showed us so much of Valencia we would have missed on our own. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you. Great tour of Valencia

Family of five took a Valencia food tour with Cesar. We were difficult. Food allergies and some individual dislikes. The whole way he made us feel at ease, customizing the your and sharing his favorite versions of some of the region's famous foods. Along the way, he shared lots of history, other stories, and gave the city a real sense of color. Knowledgeable and friendly guide

We booked a bike tour with Cesar to introduce beautiful Valencia to our friends who were visiting from Germany. Cesar was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He took us through parts of the old centre - stopping at various places of interest to explain the history. The ride through the Turia park leading towards Santiago Calatrava's stunning cultural leisure complex was great fun. On excellent cycle routs Cesar led us back to the old town where we stopped at the market hall. Being a chef by profession Cesar is also passionate about food and gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat which we tried in due course. Totally recommend!Great Bike Tour

My mother, my sister and I had a tour of old valencys with Cesar. He clearly loved to share his knowledge of the city with tourists. He answers questions, tells you stories and makes it a memorable experience. He also gave us some Paella recommendations and other places to eat! All excellent! I would recommend Cesar very highly!Excellent knowledgeable tour guide !

Time went by very quickly. Cesar is very sympathetic and clearly a food expert. We especially loved the food market. A pity that we had no time in Valencia to cook our own meal. Cesar was een super gids. Hij wist ons veel te vertellen over de geschiedenis van Valencia. Hij is rustig en een hele fijne gids! We hebben genoten van zijn verhalen en plekjes waar hij ons bracht. Fietsen waren ook in goede conditie. Top!
