I live in Mallorca since 2007 and I have worked in tourism for 9 years, In 2017 I was able to realise my dream and now I'm a commercial pilot with hundreds of hours flying either private and commercial airplanes. I feel real pleasure in piloting the smaller airplanes and making known the charms of both flying and this island that I like so much.

We’ve traveled extensively over the past two decades—on every continent except Australia (so far)—and have had well over 100 tour guides, including more than 40 through Withlocals. In my work as a global health researcher, I’ve also had countless encounters across cultures and countries. And I can say, without hesitation: Cesar is the best tour guide we have ever had. His knowledge of Mallorca was both expansive and precise—not just facts, but stories that brought the island to life. He shared fascinating historical and contemporary insights into the island’s people, society, and geography with remarkable depth and clarity. We did two tours with Cesar. The first took us to the Drach Caves, with a stop at Nadal’s Tennis Academy and lunch at a fantastic local (non-touristy) restaurant. The second was a 1/2 day trip to Valldemossa and Deià. While the destinations were beautiful, what made the experience unforgettable was Cesar himself. Cesar is not only a tour guide—he’s an active commercial pilot, flying to/from London 2-3 days/week (!), a published novelist, a songwriter, and a person with a rich and inspiring family history. He even played us some of his own musical recordings during the drive, and they were truly exceptional. Above all, Cesar is deeply engaged—with the world, with the people he meets, and with living a full and meaningful life. His openness, kindness, and humanity moved us deeply. We were a group of four adults and two teens and our tour with Cesar exceeded our expectations. He provided us with interesting history and pop culture, while also making the content engaging for all of us. We got to see the big sites and a number of hidden gems that we would have missed, if we’d tried to visit the city on our own. We loved Cesar’s kind and caring energy! We were very surprised that Palma had so much history to offer! Cesar knew a lot of details and was able to answer all our questions! He listened to our wishes and adapted the tour accordingly. He also took us to an old local bakery, which we would never have discovered ourselves! Great walk through Palma with Cesar!

We arrived to Palma Mallorca from our cruise ship. Cesar was our tour guide, he gave us such a pleasant tour, we walked through the streets were he show us around while giving us an incredible background of history and culture. Passed by a few churches, visited Turk Baths a Santa Clara Monastery and visited the beautiful Cathedral. He gave us some tips of places to eat and shop. We truly recommend Cesar. A beautiful experience

Caesar was professional on time, polite accommodating everything you would want in a tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about the area and able to give us so many insights into what we were seeing. I would highly recommend him. This tour included an 87-year-old, a 75-year-old, a 39-year-old, And a 12-year-old and Caesar kept us all interested the entire time.A great day with Cesar

I booked this introduction to Palma experience as my sister and I were making our first visit to Palma and were only staying for the weekend - so we couldn't afford to waste time in the wrong parts of town! Cesar was on time and so friendly we were immediately at ease and absorbed in the information he was telling us, and the places he showed us. We would never have got orientated to the place, or learned so much about Palma without Cesar's excellent introduction and top tips for eating, drinking and visiting. We felt that we had met up with a friend and really enjoyed out time with him.A fantastic start to our weekend break
