Hi, we are Chris and Barbara, creators of indelible memories in Sicily. We were born and raised a few steps from Taormina. Today we live in a small village at the foot of the Etna Volcano where we have created some food and wine tours.

I am (Chris) a licensed tour leader and what I want is to bring authentic experiences to life, just like a local through local people. Barbara is a videomaker ready to capture the best moments of the day.

With Our tours in Taormina and in the country where we live and in my home country always in Sicily, we want to give an indelible memory through the five senses.

We spent a very pleasant time with Chris and Barbara. They were very knowledgeable about the history and life in Taormina. They took us to several local favorites that we would not have known about without them. They also recommended some wonderful restaurants for lunch and dinner around town. Our food tour with Barbara and Chris was just perfect and a real highlight to our time in Sicily for our Anniversary Taormina is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been The time spent felt like we were with friends as Barbara and Chris were so warm, friendly and accommodating We visited some wonderful places and tried Arancino, sampled pistachio in different ways at Nova and even made our own Cannoli at a family ran Bakery We had a wonderful time from start to finish and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wants to make their trip extra special Thank you Barbara & Chris!! Our tour started off with a warm welcome from. Chris and Barbara. They are from the area which made the experience wonderful. The highlight was Nove which is an incredible place which focuses on pistachios. The different bruschetta featured many flavours. The cannoli at the end of the tour ended the evening perfectly. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful evening. I would highly recommend this to all. Amazing Experience

My niece and I had the best day on this tour with Barbara and Chris. We were introduced to local food artisans who shared the passion of their crafts with us. They taught us how to buy the bread, the proper way to sample olive oils, showed us how hazelnuts are grown and gathered, immersed us in the making of cheese, the delights of granita, and fed us with the most amazing foods and wines. Chris and Barbara are warm and truly seemed to enjoy showing us the real side of their beloved homelands.This is the real Sicily!

Chris & Barbara gave me my favorite day in Sicily by far! They were so sweet and fun to be with for the day, they are so knowledgeable about the area and passionate about the area they grew up in. I was able to experience authentic food and wine throughout the day, saw beautiful towns and had so much fun with Chris and Barbara!
