I have been living in France and Spain so it will be lovely to meet people who speak those languages. My mother is from Germany, my father from Amsterdam. My mom and I had a fun experience with Christa and we were so grateful she was willing to do an unconventional tour in the evening. She’s full of knowledge about history of the city and things to see/do. It was great to do this tour the first night we got in so we could add to our itinerary. Highly recommend. Christa was wonderful

We arrived in Amsterdam late on a Thursday afternoon and traveled with Christa for three hours the following morning. She was a wealth of information. Walking with her through the streets of Amsterdam gave us a helpful introduction and suggestions of where to return. She offered information about the history of the city from the perspective of a local that we may not have learned on our own. The highlight was eating lunch at the American Cafe while listening to Christa play the piano. Her skills and energy were impressive. We got into Amsterdam in the morning and booked this walking tour last min for that afternoon. We are so glad we did! Christa was so knowledge about the city’s history and culture. She showed us all of the key spots and many off the beaten path, including great recommendations for museums and other sites. It was a great way to start out in a new city. We had a wonderful time discussing all things Amsterdam and beyond and ended with a tasty beverage. Christa was so personable and friendly — we will definitely be booking more tours with her upon our return. Thanks Christa!!! Awesome city tour!
