Bonjour and welcome to Paris! My name is Chrystelle. I'm a licensed guide with a degree in art history and tourism. I've lived in Paris for thirty years and its beauty still enchants me. It's always a pleasure to stroll its streets, discover the diversity of its architecture, visit a new exhibition, have a drink on a terrace... Parisian cultural life is incredibly lively and diverse. I'm a big fan of art history, particularly the Renaissance. I like to share this passion in an easy and lively way. I'll be happy to show you the masterpieces of the Louvre (the world's largest museum), the Musée d'Orsay, the Orangerie museum, the Holy Chapel, the Conciergerie, the Petit Palais, Rodin museum and other museums and monuments. Chrystelle was wonderful from the get go. We booked the Louvre tour and she asked us we’d like to see. We gave a list which not the ones everyone goes to see but the sculptures in the museum like the 9000 year old Jordanian man and other middle eastern sculptures that she knew we’d enjoy. Spot on. She was so fun to be with! Book with her!!The Best Ever

Chrystelle was a delight as a guide. She orchestrated an impressive 3 hour art history scan through the Louvre without our ever feeling rushed and with patience for our curious questions. This was my second tour with Chrystelle of the Louvre, this time including the outside and walk up from Notre Dame cathedral. I am very satisfied with our experience! Again, Chrystelle makes the architecture and the pieces of art come alive, and is a dependable guide through the expanse and crowds in the museum. We were in Paris with our two grandkids and contacted Chrystelle to guide us through the Louvre. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all that we saw and she made it interesting for boh the younger and the older ones. She was very attuned to the kids and explained the works of art and their backgrounds without talking down to them and yet remained very interesting for the adults. i highly recommend Chrystelle as an informative and engaging guide for both adult groups and families. We have nothing but praise for our tour of the Louvre with Chrystelle over the winter holidays. We reached out in advance to Chrystelle because our tickets were for a time slot later than her last posted availability (bc the museum was open later than usual that day) and she promptly pivoted to join us for the evening tour. It was easy to coordinate our meet up, and she adapted her tour in a way that both engaged my kids (ranging in age from 10 to 16) as well as me and my husband. We had a shortened tour duration due to the timing of ticketing/museum closure and she was a whiz at efficiently bringing us to see key works, using her binder of images to teach in more depth about the art work and yet able to pause and answer questions in detail about literally any painting we pointed out. In spite of it all, we never felt rushed and remarkably it left my kids wanting more (a first for a museum visit, for sure!). It's evident she has an exceptional depth of knowledge and I would encourage anyone looking for a great museum tour to choose Chrystelle. Fantastic Louvre Tour with Kids

Chrystelle gave myself and my two daughters (ages 21 and 18) a wonderful guided tours of D’Orsay. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable - she took us through the museum explaining its history, how the art had been carefully arranged to tell the story of Impressionism as a reaction to the Academy. She also focused on key pieces of art and artists, explaining their importance and the story behind the artists. Would highly recommend! Chrystelle is a wonderful guide!
