We enjoyed the 10 tastings of Seville with Clara as part of my birthday celebrations. She took us to some wonderful off the beaten track bars where we had fabulous food, wine, sherry and vermouth. She tailored the tour to exactly what we wanted and was truly excellent and engaging company for the evening. Really good value - what book again without a thought. I want to thank both Clara and Adrian for making our Seville experience so special. Clara kindly organised our tapas tasting tour with time also spent at the Triana food market, but had to make an unexpected dash out of town for family reasons. She gave us the option to delay, have a refund or go with her recommended guide and we were very grateful that Adrian was able to step in. We had a fabulous tour that highlighted the best of Triana. Adrian was enthusiastic about the food and the history, and was great company. But three cheers also to Clara who, not only donated a fabulous desert at one of the bars we stopped at, but also followed up with many recommendations of restaurants, bars and other places to go. Sadly not enough time for us to check them all out but in such a lovely city, offering so much choice, the guidance of Clara and Adrian was invaluable. Thank you both. We will definately be in touch when we return!Foodie heaven
