We learned a lot about the history of Copenhagen and Denmark. And, of course, about life in this wonderful city today. Claudio's explanations were very comprehensive and entertaining, and all our questions were answered. It was fun to walk to all the interesting sites. We loved our few hours with Claudio walking around Copenhagen learning some of its history and food culture. Claudio was very informative and knowledgeable. He was obviously very proud of his heritage. We would thoroughly recommend Claudio for tours in Copenhagen.Copenhagen history by foot

My husband and I took Claudio's two hour walking food tour last week on our first day in Copenhagen. I told him ahead of time that I was 6 months pregnant just so he knew I couldn't eat raw fish, raw eggs etc. and he went above and beyond, even taking us to a cute new non-alcholic Danish wine shop so I could taste the wines and spirits! He was very thoughtful about each stop on the tour, and incredibly knowledgable not just about Danish food and culture but also about the history of the city and the neighborhoods and landmarks we were passing. The pace of the tour was perfect for us - he kept us moving without ever feeling rushed - and it became a big highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend a tour with Claudio! Claudio was wonderful!

Claudio was able to connect the past and the present to give us a fantastic appreciation for Copenhagen - from it's royal past (and present) to how the modern government functions in the daily life of Danes. We saw all the highlights and often avoided other tourists at the same time. That is a wonderful experience. Claudio also engaged our interest in food and beverage by pointing out hot spots and also explaining the vibrant and still growing food scene in the city. Highly recommend - especially if you too love food and cocktails.Past and Present Come Alive

My family had a great time with Claudio, touring and tasting around Copenhagen! He took us to some fun, out of the way places to sample the cuisine, and also had many informational and hilarious facts abt the city. We got plenty to eat and my seven year old daughter had a wonderful time too!Fun tour around Copenhagen

All four of us rate our tasting tour with Claudio as an exceptional experience! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, providing interesting historical perspective to each food/drink. The tasting choices ranged from classic dishes to the newest creations and showcased the best of Copenhagen. We all have done several tasting tours in other places and this was by far the best! Overall, the excellent food and having Claudio as our guide made this an amazing tour.Absolutely wonderful experience
