Creating a FUN atmosphere is most important, in my book anyway!😉 This mindset started in my early years of employment as a Restaurant Server/Bartender. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri USA (GO CHIEFS!! 🏈), and after University I worked for Westin and Marriott Hotels and Resorts International for nearly 15 years. 🤵🏻‍♂️ During that time, managing the FUN for guests/clients was my job. I have a passion for working with others and Hospitality is my middle name. 😊

I love most all foods and love to cook. Trying new foods is always a fun adventure, and living in Germany has definitely allowed me to do this. 😉 Sports/Athletics is also a passion of mine as a former Track and Field Decathlete at a Division 1 University in America. Although injuries prevented further sports endeavours, I was able to obtain a Hospitality Management Bachelors Degree(4 year).
