I've been in love with travel for as long as I can remember, so I always knew this was what I wanted to do. I'm from Cascais and have a degree in tourism, and I know all the best spots around town. I can give you tips, recommend great restaurants (being married to a local chef definitely helps!), and since I'm part of the royal family, I can also offer a unique insider's tour with a special twist.
And, if you want to visit the lovely medieval downtown area of Sintra... I also do tours there. Living on the hills of the Sintra for the past 10 years turned me into a local as well. Having arrived in Cascais the previous day we met with Constanca the following day to get good ideas of things to do and where to eat. A lovely and very knowledgeable lady who made us all feel T ease and took us around Cascais and into a lovely local restaurant off the beaten track. Would highly recommend Fabulous Constanca

Constança was an excellent tour guide. She took us, a family of 4 (2 teenagers, one a reluctant walker) around Cascais. It's a great way to enjoy the architecture of the place and find out lots of information. If you've never been to Cascais I would recommend this. If you've been before and are interested in architecture and history it is interesting.
Great way to get barings.

Constança was wonderful, Very knowledgeable and informative! She kept our party of 6 - including 3 teenagers engaged and interested. Constanca struck the perfect balance. She also provided us with excellent restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend! Great intro to the City!

We loved our walking food tour with Constanca in Cascais.
We saw so much of the town with interesting commentary and our food tour was customized to our food preferences.
We loved joining a local street based restaurant for pre St Anthony’s day celebrations.
Information was interesting and recommendations for future dining and visits was welcomed.
A great tour that was great to do early in our stay so we were familiar with parts of Cascais. We even got the recipe for one of our favourite dishes. Constanca was a good communicator and had planned and updated us prior to our evening. A must do (wear walking shoes)Great tour with wonderful guide

My family had a really nice day touring Cascais with Constanca! It was our first time visiting the city and we learned so much from her. We covered lots of areas and tried so many foods, all in a super relaxed manner. We were able to linger and enjoy so many aspects of the city. We were not looking for a group tour with the person with a flag leading. Lovely walk around Caiscais - like taking a walk with a friend; just us. Costanca is very passionate and knowledgeable about her hometown. Caiscais is a beautiful city with a lot of history. Constanca gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants to enjoy - which we did take advantage of.
Contanca made our trip to Caiscais memorable.

Constança was absolutely great! We booked a food tour with her and she was super accommodating as we had our 9 month old and 3 year old. We have been in Portugal for a week already so we had eaten most of the popular dishes so we were happy to try new and VERY tasty options. We loved her recommendations and she even offered to share the recipe of our favorite Portuguese dish from the tour. Highly recommend! Tasty!!!

My wife and I did the 2hr walk around Cascais with Constança as our guide. Even though my wife had lived in the area as a young girl, we learned much about the city and the history and legends of the area. Constança tailored the tour to the things we were interested in seeing and also recommended places to see and to eat while in Cascais. I highly recommend the tour early in your visit to the city.
