I've been in love with travel for as long as I can remember, so I always knew this was what I wanted to do. I'm from Cascais and have a degree in tourism, and I know all the best spots around town. I can give you tips, recommend great restaurants (being married to a local chef definitely helps!), and since I'm part of the royal family, I can also offer a unique insider's tour with a special twist.
And, if you want to visit the lovely medieval downtown area of Sintra... I also do tours there. Living on the hills of the Sintra for the past 10 years turned me into a local as well. Constança was an absolutely incredible tour guide! From the moment the tour began, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable she is about the history and culture of Cascais. She shared fascinating stories and insights that brought the town to life, and she knew all the best local food spots—places we never would have found on our own.
The tour was the perfect mix of delicious food, historical context, and leisurely walking through the beautiful streets of Cascais. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen, and Constança made the entire experience feel personal and engaging.
She also offers tours in Sintra, and after such a great experience, my husband and I are already planning to join her for that next time I’m in Portugal.

We loved our tour with Constança. She was very accommodating, especially since we had two young children with us. The tour was an excellent blend of sit down markets and restaurants and walking through non touristy parts of the city. Would definitely recommend! A great blend of food and history

Having arrived in Cascais the previous day we met with Constanca the following day to get good ideas of things to do and where to eat. A lovely and very knowledgeable lady who made us all feel T ease and took us around Cascais and into a lovely local restaurant off the beaten track. Would highly recommend Fabulous Constanca

Constança was an excellent tour guide. She took us, a family of 4 (2 teenagers, one a reluctant walker) around Cascais. It's a great way to enjoy the architecture of the place and find out lots of information. If you've never been to Cascais I would recommend this. If you've been before and are interested in architecture and history it is interesting.
