Since I was a child I have been in loved with the city of Florence that I admire and I think has different experience to offer for any kind of traveler. During my university experience I had the chance to obtain a deep background related to art history and medieval history of Europe.

Travelling is the only healthy activity that we still have in the 21th century and it is our duty to enrich this unique experience, take the best of it and share it with the other ones.

I have started many years ago my amazing activity as a local guide and day by day I am more thirsty of knowledge and beautiful sights.

I adore to spend my time surrounded by people, food and good energy, telling stories about my beautiful Florence.

We had a great tour of the Uffizi Galleries with Cristina. She customized our time based on our wishes. Cristina shared her wealth of knowledge, guided us through to see the highlights given our time allotment, helped us navigate through the crowds, and explained much about the progression of the art through the periods and key characteristics and focus along with other innuendos. This was our third trip to Florence but Christina made it feel new and magical. We felt very comfortable with her and were amazed at her knowledge of Florence's history. Her story telling was sbsolutrly amazing. We could also tell she loved her city and loved giving tours, including elderly people with somewhat diminished hearing! Cristina was really entertaining, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about Florence and its complicated history. The detail in which she explained the way Michelangelo created David was amazing! She made the statue come to life! If you travel to Florence do yourself a favor and book a tour With Locals. We saw other visitors at the museum just aimlessly wandering and I know they missed a lot. We felt very lucky to have had Cristina as our guide. Loved Cristina

I was crashing my friend's family tour :) I loved how Cristina kept my friend's daughters engaged while giving us interesting information. she clearly is a local and loves her city. It made me feel closer to the city even though we were surrounded by tourists. This was a great way to start feeling familiar with Florence. Cristina also gave us recommendation (eating, visiting) that was great with staying away from the high tourists place.

I am a "slow" tourist and this is was a perfect way to be introduced to a very touristic location. Cristina kept my friends' children engaged while going through complex historic details. She loves her city and it shows. She also gave us tips to avoid "tourist traps" and recommend places to see or where to eat, even introduce us to a good family owned gelateria 😀. I spent the morning after walking through the city before meeting my friends' family and it was nice to feel familiar with the city and almost like a local :) Thank you for this very human and interesting visit. (My friend paid for me so my price value rating is based on the fact that my friend was happy;) Perfect first humane discovery of the city
