I have a master's degree in the Restoration of Historical textiles and a bachelor's degree in History of Adriatic and Mediterranean so we can safely say I like history and textiles. Through my studies, I developed a taste for Historical Anthropology and lives of ordinary people whose stories opened the window to extraordinary events. I also learned to appreciate material remnants of the past which speak volumes of their owner's histories, but in their fragility, are often underappreciated. Both of these passions came together in my activities as a tourist guide, which I have been for the past 13 years.

We had an excellent tour and explanation of the Old Town of Dubrovnik with Danijela as our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, and pleasant and was able to explain many things to us about the history of the city. Our time with her was well spent. An afternoon with Danijela.

Danijela is a great tour she is full of knowledge and I have learned a lot of history about the city of Dubrovnik a long with the history of the each church and building inside the old town. She helped to know more about where to go and what should I visit. Overall I have enjoyed and learned from each minute that I have spent with Danijela I highly recommend her to be your guide especially if you are interested in history and if you already have a schedule she will take you through it and help you understand the map of the city🙏. Our family with teenagers loved the walking tour with Danijela. Danijela is extremely knowledgeable and provides personal insights and context which made the tour very engaging. We appreciated the ability to adjust the tour to our abbreviated timing and interests. We highly recommend Danijela as a guide. A fantastic tour with guide Danijela!

Danijela was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable, great English, flexible and responsive. Really helped us understand the history of the region. Also pointed out key Games of Thrones sites and was patient with the kids. Highly recommend. Great tour guide!

We spent amazing time with Danijela visiting Dubrovnik. We had just a few hours so we decided to ask for a guide help. Danijela has done much more than we expected. She shared very rich historical knowledge in condensed way, gave a lot of interesting nuisances, presented political and cultural context. Moreover, she took us to the roots to avoid huge tourist traffic. And after all, she is charming, warm and very polite person. Great time with Danijela

Danijela was a kind and passionate guide who really knows the history of Dubrovnik. She went out of the way to show us things that you wouldn’t normally see on the big tours, like residential areas and smaller locally owned shops. We had a really fun time and highly recommend her!Great tour guide!
