I have a master's degree in the Restoration of Historical textiles and a bachelor's degree in History of Adriatic and Mediterranean so we can safely say I like history and textiles. Through my studies, I developed a taste for Historical Anthropology and lives of ordinary people whose stories opened the window to extraordinary events. I also learned to appreciate material remnants of the past which speak volumes of their owner's histories, but in their fragility, are often underappreciated. Both of these passions came together in my activities as a tourist guide, which I have been for the past 13 years.

Danijeli was perfect- just the right amount of history, architectural facts, stories, etc. She speaks English perfectly so everyone could understand her and she was able to pick up on our interests and expand on those areas.
