This was our first time in Valencia, and Daniel gave us an amazing tour all around the old town, showing us all the major sites and giving us excellent historical context. He fine tuned the tour to our specific interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to this beautiful city.Wonderful personal tour!

Unfortunately this guide didn’t respond my messages or phone call, and was a no call no show. This caused me disappointment and wasted money — not just the cost of the tour which hasn’t been refunded, but also the cost of the hotel and airfare difference I wasted staying an extra day just to do this tour. I was really looking forward to it. No call no show

Danny was very accommodating of my mum's mobility issues and we made several stops during the tour, trying several local specialities and learning a lot of background about the city and its food. Danny is very easy to talk to and gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip too!A great overview of Valencia's food scene

We had enjoyable walk with Daniel around old city, he shows us many things we will not notice or found without him. It turned out to be a little shorter than planned but Daniel covered main areas. He also gave us good suggestion of places to explore on our own.Nice overview of an old cityValencia

Danny was a great guide, a real encyclopedia on Valencia and Hemingway's life here. He doesn't overwhelm you with information though and shows you places and features you would otherwise not know about. He also integrates food and drink into the experience :) I highly recommend it!Fantastic

We decided to do a last minute visit to Valencia whilst on holiday. I contacted Danny through the “withlocals” site. He got back to me quickly and we agreed a meet. We had a great couple of hours! The tour of the history of the city was interesting without being too dry for the teenager. It was a brilliant way to explore the city on our short visit. Danny was engaging, humorous and well informed, even adapting the route to encompass a stop for chocolate y churros as requested by the teenager! Overall a brilliant experience.
