Through all these years, one thing has constantly remained: my passion for food and cooking, which I love to share. I try to always follow ethical and tasteful choices, using only seasonal and fresh local products, I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many different spices and herbs, for a healthy and tasty result.

For almost eleven years I was living and working in London, then moved back to Sicily and to my home town Palermo, after I became a dad. I will be delighted to introduce you to one of the most unique and elusive cities, along with its hidden secrets and legends, show you the best artisans, taste the sought after culinary specialities, creating an unforgettable experience.

I don’t really know how to describe the spectacular tour we had with Dario. Firstly, he is friendly, enthusiastic, engaging and incredible knowledgeable about all things Palermo, especially the food. We were so pleased he was able to tailor the tour to ensure the vegetarian in our group had lots to eat, and to keep the walking to a relative minimum to accommodate some mobility issues. From the moment we met up, he kept us eating the most delicious and fascinating bites! We really got a great sample of the Palermo street food scene, including some delicacies we would never have ordered on our own, but really enjoyed. I would not hesitate for one moment to book a tour with Dario!An incredible foodie experience!

Eine grandiose Tour und ein toller Tourguide. Darius hat uns die Küche seiner Heimatstadt lebendig beschrieben und uns mega-leckere Spezialitäten "serviert". Wir haben jeden Bissen genossen und waren am Ende satt für den ganzen Tag. Nebenbei haben wir bei dem Bummel über den Markt und die Altstadt interessante Informationen und Details über die Kultur, vor allem Esskultur auf Sizilien erhalten. Lieber Darius, die wir hatten viel Spaß und werden in den kommenden Tagen noch mal an einige der Orte zurückkehren. Ich werde DIE Nutella Arancina probieren. :-) Herzlichen Dank für eine weitere unvergessliche Erfahrung in Sizilien! Das längste und leckerste Buffet Europas

Dario was a great host, warm and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took us to the places we would not have found on our own. The tour was at a great pace, nice and relaxed but we saw (and ate) a lot. The food was all local and very diverse; it was great to try so many things we would not normally have eaten. Full Credit to Dario - we would definitely recommend! Super Dario!

Dario, war super! Wir haben die 10 Tastings Tour gemacht, meine Mama (70 Jahre) und ich (40 Jahre). Dario war von Anfang an super gesprächig und nach 3 Minuten hatten wir das erste Essen in der Hand und so ging es weiter durch die Märkte von Palermo. Es war nicht nur eine reine Foodtour, sondern auch Sightseeing und Geschichtsstunde und alles auf eine so lockere Art, das die drei Stunden wie nichts verflogen sind. Mit seiner coolen, lockeren und offenen Art bringt er sein Palermo dir näher. We loved it! Und würden sofort wieder eine Tour mit ihm buchen.
