Through all these years, one thing has constantly remained: my passion for food and cooking, which I love to share. I try to always follow ethical and tasteful choices, using only seasonal and fresh local products, I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many different spices and herbs, for a healthy and tasty result.

For almost eleven years I was living and working in London, then moved back to Sicily and to my home town Palermo, after I became a dad. I will be delighted to introduce you to one of the most unique and elusive cities, along with its hidden secrets and legends, show you the best artisans, taste the sought after culinary specialities, creating an unforgettable experience.

Dario hat uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis geboten. Die Tour war sehr authentisch, mit vielen lokalen kulinarischen Highlights. Die drei Stunden vergingen wie im Flug, wir sind mehr als satt geworden und haben auf eine unterhaltsame Art viel über Palermos Essen und Kultur gelernt. Die Tour mit Dario ist absolut empfehlenswert, er hat uns mit Herzblut das palermitanische Streetfood nähergebracht.Fantastische und leckere Streetfoodtour

Our family of 10 “foodies” unanimously rated this a top experience in Palermo! Dario opened our eyes to all the local favorites and we enjoyed his stories and humor all along the walking/tasting tour. We even went back to many of the places we tasted with Dario the next day on our own! Would highly recommend him and this tour to anyone stopping in Palermo! Delicious and Fun Palermo Tasting !

My Vespa tour with Dario was truly a one-of-a-kind experience! I loved everything about it—the stunning views, the thrill of the ride, and the feeling of the wind in my hair. Dario was an excellent guide, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and full of great insights. I highly recommend taking a trip to Monte Pellegrino with him, especially on a Vespa. Dario was an amazing tour guide! We did the 10 Tastings tour along with our small baby, and he was super patient throughout. He showed us some real gems that we never would have found by ourselves. He explained a lot about Sicilian culture and customs that we found truly interesting. Thank you, Dario, for a wonderful tour!Fantastic experience
