I live in Naples. I was born here and after a long experience in tourism and traveling I became a licensed tour guide. It isn't enough just to have a license, it is necessary to have a deep passion for this job.

Among several experiences I made along my career I want to tell you about an emblematic one. One day I was working and a stranger stopped and asked me: "Are you a tour guide"? I answered: "Yes I am". Then he said: "Remember that all the travellers will see our land through your eyes". Since that moment my mission became to give all of my clients the possibility to see, read, feel and understand the beauty of my land.

Many foreign people think that Naples and its surroundings are only Pizza and mandolins, but they are so much more than this. The gulf of Naples was civilized around 3000 thousand years ago, it is a marvellous and complex mix of history, art, architecture, culture, nature, traditions and humanity. That's why if you want to have an idea of my country, I suggest you take one of my tours.

Following the Neapolitan tradition, I will welcome you and make you feel at home. My purpose is taking you to discover my country, so that it can give you a memorable life experience.

About me:

I graduated in economics and high school in tourism reception. Along my education I always cultivated my great interest for art, history and archaeology and as Naples is very rich on this point of view, I am still studying them. I have acquired many job experiences in hotels, tour operator, travel agency and cruises. My passion is to travel. Thanks to my job on the cruise as the Tour Manager assistant I visited most of the Mediterranean countries. In Europe I visited many important capitals such as Madrid, Lisbon, London, Amsterdam, Paris and Prague. I lived in Great Britain for a year and in South America for several years. I travelled to Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba and Trinidad and Tobago.

I speak fluent English and Spanish, both languages with level C2 international certification.

we very much enjoyed our private tour with Dario. He was charming and offered great insights into the daily lives of the Romans. We avoided the massive tour packs and had a personalized experience. Dario was a great guide who helped us navigate the site and the crowds with his imaginative narrative approach, bringing daily life of the ancient city to life for us. His extensive arsenal of facts is impressive, and he made the best use of our two hours together by streamlining our stops to ensure we hit all the highlights. At times, it felt a bit rushed if I wanted to linger or take pictures in any one spot, but that was more a function of the shorter two hour time frame we requested. We appreciated how Dario worked to ensure we got to all the key attractions, and he even made suggestions for what else we could see once our time with him was over.
