I am a committee member of the Westminster Guide and Lecturers Association and have a degree in Modern History from Oxford University. I am also a teacher of English as a foreign language so I often host people whose first language is not English.

We had an incredible 3-hour tour with David, and we cannot recommend him highly enough! He was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and an outstanding storyteller. Despite having visited London multiple times before, we learned so many new and fascinating things about the city. David’s ability to engage both us as adults and our young adult kids made the experience truly exceptional. It was dynamic, highly interesting, and never felt boring for a second. David was an excellent guide for us in this sunny, but cold November day. Although some of us had been to London numerous times,everything we saw and learned about was new to us. David has an impressive knowledge of architecture and history, and also with regards to the history related to popular culture over the decades. Not at least, he did it with humor and wit, and conveyed some hilarious anecdotes along the way! We were truly impressed, and felt extremely lucky we got such a great guide. David quickly picked up on our interests and the pace that suited us. He walked us through charming areas of London we would never have found on our own. We learned a great deal about the history of the city, how it responded to rapid growth and industrialization, particularly child poverty and abandonment, and even how the courts are structured and the legal profession is organized. He gave us the strong impression that he would be able to adapt and tailor his tours to a wide range of clients.Perfect

I spent the entire day with David, including lunch. I was in a small group discovering old WestMinster and then had a private tour of London. He filled my head with so many interesting facts and was able to answer all my questions. I doubt there are many Locals that know all the hidden gems. By the end of our tour, I felt like I was walking around with a friend. Knowledgeable and enjoyavle.

David is very personable and knowledgeable about London history. He brings the history to life through story telling while addressing questions. My brother and I enjoyed the hours spent with David walking through Westminster district to the Parliament House. I recommend David as your guide through the history of London. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with David! He is SO incredibly knowledgeable about London, we were so impressed. He's also very generous, very easy to talk to and a great guide. It was our first visit to London (and in fact, our first few hours in the city) and our tour with David was a fantastic introduction and first impression. David provided an informative and engaging tour! David met us outside Westminster Abby and showed us around that area. He had interesting stories and historical facts. Next time we are in London we would love to book a tour with David again. Wonderful guide and tour!
