I am a graphic and industrial designer, born and bred in Lisbon, half german, quarter ucranian and quarter portuguese (to simplify!). Curiously, I don't speak ucranian. But try me out in german, english or french. Lisbon is my city; I love it, with all its faults and scars, and wouldn't trade it for any city in the world (except, maybe, Cologne, but that's a completely different story; ask me, if we ever meet!).

Even if we don't meet, here's a first hot tip about Lisbon: when flying to Lisbon, ALWAYS ask for a window seat on the left side of the plane.

My husband and I loved our tour with David to kick off our honeymoon. Great conversation and history of Portugal throughout the whole night, the night went by in a blink. If you want a good laugh and a full belly, I couldn't recommend it enough. We tried many items that we would not have known about otherwise. Da unsere Kinder noch klein sind war uns ein deutschsprachiger Guide wichtig. Dass wir mit David einen Muttersprachler gefunden haben hat unsere Erwartungen natürlich übertroffen! David ein super netter und engagierter Typ, der seine Stadt und ihre Geschichte bestens kennt, mit dem wir sehr kurzweilige und interessante Stunden verbringen durften! Lissabon mit David war der Hammer!

Wir hatten eine tolle Stadtführung abseits der Touristenpfade mit David, inklusive kulinarischen Leckereien. Er hat uns einiges über die Geschichte Lissabons erzählt und viele neugierige Fragen beantwortet. Wir können eine uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Für unsere Familie war der Rundgang mit David ein tolles Erlebnis. Er hat uns Speisen und Getränke probieren lassen, die wir uns so nie bestellt hätten. Wir haben einen sehr guten Eindruck der lokalen Küche erhalten und Sachen kennengelernt, die wir uns später selber wieder bestellt haben. Neben den kulinarischen Neuentdeckungen gab es auch wertvolle Hinweise, wie man sich in der hügeligen Stadt effizient bewegt. Alles in allen war eine sehr gelungene Aktivität. Wir haben den Rundgang abends gemacht und uns dadurch das Abendessen gespart, so dass das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut war. Kulinarisches Erlebnis mit Insiderwissen

Die Führung mit David war sehr interessant. Er kennt Lissabon wie seine Westentasche und ist auch sehr bewandert in der Geschichte der Stadt und Portugals. Für uns war es sehr spannend, die nicht so touristischen Stadtviertel kennenzulernen. Diese Einblicke hätten wir sonst nicht bekommen. David hat uns kenntnisreich und humorvoll alle Fragen beantwortet. Jederzeit wieder, klare Empfehlung!Tolles Erlebnis!

We met David our first day. He provided a perfect 2-3 hour walking and food tour of Lisbon. It was the perfect event to become familiar with the popular foods in the area, a little bit of history and becoming familiar with the city for our remaining 4 days. A tour with a local seemed so much more personal than a corporate tour. A perfect starter tour of Lisbon

David was an awesome tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and Portugal and shared tons of great and insightful information. He moved at a reasonable pace and did not rush the tour. He was very thoughtful in answering our questions and he also gave us some great tips for the rest of our stay (which we used!). He was even kind enough to allow us to message him during our remaining time in Lisbon and was quick to answer! We really enjoyed our time with David and would highly recommend him if you want a great walking tour of Lisbon!An amazing and thorough tour
