We had a great night. He was kind enough to Taylor or evening to show us the sites in Athens and an overview of the city so that we knew where to go afterwards. And the food was spectacular. We’re still talking about it. We actually went back to the ice cream place that he took us to the next night and on our last night went to the lounge where we had cocktails and enjoyed the view. He is personable, interesting, and fun to tour withFabulous night of food & sites

Dimitris lead a wonderful tour. He adjusted his day to fit the schedule of our tour group, and we are so glad he did. We had asked to try an authentic Gyro, and they did not disappoint! He took time explaining various parts of food culture and his own experience as a food writer. All of the food was delicious and I definitely felt we got an authentic experience. I would definitely book him again, and we are hoping some friends can have the same experience in a few days. Personalized Food Tour

My wife and I went on a food tour with Dimitris and had a blast! In addition to sampling many Greek foods, our walk throughout the Omonia neighborhood had many unique highlights, including a distillery and an experience of the public market. Dimitris took the time to make the experience very personalized, much like spending time with friends. We enjoyed the day so much, we organized another tour with him a few days later. With Dimitris this tour was exactly what we hoped- we learned about a neighborhood in Athens and tried many, many excellent Greek foods, plus Dimitris is knowledgeable about Athens and is very good company. Dimitris was a fantastic tour guide. We had a wide variety of foods and drinks to try. Relaxing walk around less touristy places of Athens. He was very knowledgeable, taught us some new Greek words and showed us parts of town we would not have gone otherwise. Highly recommend Dimitris and the walking food tour. The food tour with Dimitris was fantastic. Everything from initial contact through to rendezvous point and drop off were great. Dimitris is a great guide who knows so much about Athens, its food, traditions and customs. He took us to very authentic and local places to try everything from souvlaki, loukoumdes, olives and honey, places that you would pass right by as a tourist. The food was delicious and all the vendors were so nice. Dimitris was able to adjust the tour on the fly as we had already seen a little bit of what he wanted to show us. The whole experience was well paced, delicious, informative and although we ate well, we were not overstuffed!Insiders food tour
