My name is Dina. I want you to experience Florence in an UNFORGETTABLE way. My goal is for you never to forget Florence and your time touring its mysteries and historical wonders.

I'm always excited about learning new things, discovering new places, and meeting new people. I enjoy art in all of its formats, from the ancient to the modern, from the museums to the streets, from conventional art to tattoos; all of it has beauty and meaning. I am passionate about food, wine, history, and, of course, art! I live by the mottos "life is too short for bad food and drink, " and "if you take art and history and mix it with a little wine, you have perfection. "

I live and work in Florence as a full-time tour guide and want to be able to show you Florence through the eyes of a local.

My goal is to give you a different kind of tour experience: informative and fun at the same time! I don't want to just offer a description, an art lesson, or a regurgitation of dates and names; I want you to have an authentic experience introducing you to our local traditions, legends, food, and wine. I will show you the connection between what you see and the stories of the IMPORTANT men and women who built and lived in Florence. This will give you the chance to see Florence as I do, with a historical passion and a reason for that passion.

I would love to walk with you into the past. As we walk through the renaissance alleys and streets of Florence's inner city, we will follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest artists and learn their fascinating tales. These stories are not just at the most popular sites, such as the Uffizi or L'Acadamia, but also in the Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello Museum, and the Pitti Palace. Truly, everywhere you turn in Florence, there is history at your fingertips

Dina was our host through the Uffizi Gallery for our family. She was delightful from beginning to end and so very knowledgeable about the beautiful works of art in the gallery. Experiencing the Uffizi was SO much more meaningful with Dina to help us understand what we were experiencing. She brought the art and artists to life, as well as those who commissioned the art. Dina took us on a great tour of the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. She was very responsive in planning our tour and made adjustments based on what I requested. She was willing to do less than the usual 4 hour tour since we thiught that would be too long for us. Dina was such a great guide that she made our time at the museums one of our favorite activities. She knew just the right pace to go and how much detail to give us to keep it interesting for our group of six. Aside from being so informative she was so fun and easy to be with. We highly recommend Dina!!Fantastic tour of museums with Dina!

Dina shared insights seamlessly combining art, history and local knowledge to keep us enthralled the entire tour. I have been to Florence many times but was traveling with friends that had never been. I wanted to give them a good intro to the city, so I asked Dina to design an itinerary including the Uffizi. Dina is a fun and knowledgeable guide. I learned some new rhings and my friends very much enjoyed their tour. I would highly recommend booking Dina as your guide in Florence. Great Intro to Florence

Highly recommend taking a tour with Dina! We had a personalised 5 hour guided tour with Dina to introduce us to ‘all things’ Florence and the highlights. The afternoon flew by, so much to see and do. Dina was passionate and knowledgeable, giving us some depth of information where wanted and introducing other elements to our tour to raise our awareness to things we may have missed entirely. She brought the city, it’s history, it’s structures, art and community to life. Not an inexpensive way to take a tour, but exactly what we wanted and therefore definitely worth it. Best introduction to Florence

Dina is just a lovely guide, and coped very well with one of us being unwell on the day, and having teenagers in tow. The tour involves a lot of crowd-wrangling, which Dina was very efficient with. It is hard to pack in a lot of art-historical content, due to crowd and time constraints, but we all very much enjoyed the tour and learned a lot.Very efficient tour

Dina was a lovely and knowledgeable tour guide. My daughter was sick the day of the tour so my husband stayed back with her and I had a solo tour. Dina was so kind and offered to go to the pharmacy. She was very friendly, engaging and warm and did an excellent job explaining the many important works of art. We skipped the long lines and had easy access to the museums.
