My name is Dina. I want you to experience Florence in an UNFORGETTABLE way. My goal is for you never to forget Florence and your time touring its mysteries and historical wonders.

I'm always excited about learning new things, discovering new places, and meeting new people. I enjoy art in all of its formats, from the ancient to the modern, from the museums to the streets, from conventional art to tattoos; all of it has beauty and meaning. I am passionate about food, wine, history, and, of course, art! I live by the mottos "life is too short for bad food and drink, " and "if you take art and history and mix it with a little wine, you have perfection. "

I live and work in Florence as a full-time tour guide and want to be able to show you Florence through the eyes of a local.

My goal is to give you a different kind of tour experience: informative and fun at the same time! I don't want to just offer a description, an art lesson, or a regurgitation of dates and names; I want you to have an authentic experience introducing you to our local traditions, legends, food, and wine. I will show you the connection between what you see and the stories of the IMPORTANT men and women who built and lived in Florence. This will give you the chance to see Florence as I do, with a historical passion and a reason for that passion.

I would love to walk with you into the past. As we walk through the renaissance alleys and streets of Florence's inner city, we will follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest artists and learn their fascinating tales. These stories are not just at the most popular sites, such as the Uffizi or L'Acadamia, but also in the Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello Museum, and the Pitti Palace. Truly, everywhere you turn in Florence, there is history at your fingertips

Dina toured us around Florence. We saw Dave and spent a lot of the time at the Duomo. We learned so much about the city, the duomo and the Dave. Dina also pointed out the a great panini shop. I would highly recommend her to anyone.Great Guide

We (Me, wife and 2 daughters) took Dina’s tour and it was fantastic!. Dina knew exactly where to takes us and avoid the waiting on the long lines of every museum. Dina has a lot of knowledge and explained everything, it was wonderful!Best tour ever

Dina is a gem of a guide! So knowledgeable, and despite this not being our first visit to Florence we came away with lots of details we never would have learned on our own. Bonus points for her patience with her sleep deprived clients as well as for slogging through a VERY rainy afternoon with us! Highly recommend!Dina is fantastic

We loved our family tour with Dina. She kept our 6 and 9 year olds entertained for the 2 hour walking tour. Dina is friendly and the stories she told us of Florence we would never have learnt about by ourselves. After hearing our girls liked art and craft she took us into a store where the lady showed us how they do marble paint designs. Then Dina took us to her fav gelato store! We loved our time with Dina, she is brilliant! Grazie Dina!Dina is wonderful!

Our family went on 2 tours with Dina in Florence an had THE BEST time! She is such a fantastic educator-- so knowledgable, engaging and interactive. Our whole family could have listened to Dina all day fully captivated by her stories of the Medici family and Renaissance. Because we went with Dina (and she is a super planner) we were able to see SO MUCH more than we would on a group tour or on our own. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dina!!!Dina is amazing!

We traveled to Italy for our first time ever! We booked Dina for two tours in Florence. We love how flexible and informative she was in curating an itinerary for both days of our tours. The shorter tour we booked "Where the Locals Go" and she truly shared her favorite coffee shop, shops, and food places (and why they were her favorites) for example. On our longer tour we visited more historical places but every stop Dina had so much knowledge and insight to why and how those historic monuments/places came to be. My husband and I feel like we took an Italian history class in two days. Plus her English is excellent! More importantly she's truly passionate about her city and her love for it is imminent during her tours. Dina is a lovely tour guide and we feel so blessed to have had her as our first tour guide into the heart of Florence!Dina was AMAZING!

We booked Dina for a walking tour of Florence on Monday 17 March 2025. She was an excellent guide, providing an overview of the city’s rich history, with insights into its medieval and modern art. We particularly appreciated the local knowledge; bringing us to places off the beaten tourist track. Dina gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner, which were the best meals we had all weekend.
