I've lived, worked and enjoyed life in Dublin pretty much my whole life. I'm a friendly easy going fella who loves his home town and can't wait to share it with others. I'm a qualified tour guide.

I'm passionate about the history and culture of Dublin. I'm blessed with the Irish "gift of the gab" so I'm certainly not short of conversation or stories of old Dublin. I also know a lot of stories from Irish and Celtic mythology.

I'm well-traveled and have experienced other cultures, having traveled on the Trans Siberian Express and in the Middle East, there are a few stories about that too!

I also have a pretty good knowledge of a lot of the 715 pubs in Dublin. Some of the greatest pubs in the world are in Dublin. As an avid reader I'm lucky to live in the home town of Oscar Wilde, James Joyce, Jonathan Swift and Bram Stoker and am familiar with the many sights associated with Dublin's great writers.

Dublin never ceases to amaze me, what with all the history, stories, beautiful parklands, cliffs and seascapes that can be seen so close to the city centre.

We had a wonderfull time with our Tour gide, Eamon. It was our first time in Dublin so we did not know our way around. Within minutes Eamon showed us beautiful houses and hidden courtyards. The information and story telling we got from Eamon was dazzling. We love History so it was a perfect match for us. If you meet Eamon, try to make him sing for you. He has a beautifull voice. Great experience!

My husband and I recently did a City Highlights Tour with Eamon and had a great experience. Eamon met us promptly and delivered an excellent tour on what turned out to be a very windy and cold day in Dublin. It’s clear that Eamon knows the city very well and we found him to be very warm and engaging. It was a very nice lesson in Irish history and a wonderful way to introduce us to Dublin. Eamon also emailed us ahead of time with a list of his personal recommendations for things to do around the city which was very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour experience with him - excellent tour guide!Great Tour!

We had a great time getting to know Dublin with Eamon! It's one thing to read about history and quite another to stand by pillars with chunks knocked out while someone points to the spot in the river from where boats were blasting at them! In addition to history nerdery, we learned about the habits and traditions of Trinity students, the status of seagulls (I would never have guessed they're struggling based on their cheekiness), and where to find traditional music. I would definitely recommend a tour with Eamon.Fantastic intro to Dublin

Eamon is so knowledgeable and gave us exactly the tour we asked for, and then some. We were interested in the 1916 Easter Rising and he gave us a thorough understanding, took us to key locations and brought along supplementary materials. He's a great guide and natural teacher, and just a lot of fun to be with. If we had more time I'd book him again! Way Beyond

Eamon was a font of stories about the history of Dublin. Our 3-hour tour ran closer to 4 hours, and it was clear Eamon could have gone on for much longer, despite the unseasonably cold day. I only wish I could have taken notes or recorded all he had to share about the city he clearly loves with my wife and me.History brought to life
