I am fully vaccinated and have had my boosters. Please come and visit us to enjoy our beautiful country and city with a passionate guide. I am a registered tour guide with the relevant training and licences and insurance. I also design tours to suit you. I can handle groups up to 10 to 13 people but need notice to secure a suitable vehicle. I work extensively in the township of Khayelitsha and speak Xhosa. Xhosa dinner is also one of my specialities. I am a Rotarian. I like taking you to the lesser known or local secret places. I like to stay away from wasting time in queues and give you more value. Ask me about coastal and out of town trips and the Garden Route Trips to see natural flowers (August and September are the best months) and garden shows (spring time for us - October and November). Whales, wine, animals, the best coastal scenic drives, local restaurants, mountains, chocolate, sunset, whatever your desire(s) are. What about the second most scenic route? Or gardens over 300 years old? Or evening live shows (jazz, comedy, rock-a-roll, theatre, etc)

We started out booking Elizabeth for our first day in Cape Town but ended up staying with her for 3 days! She personalized our tours and went over and above to make sure we seen as much of Cape Town in 3 days as we could… she has become our South African mother and we are looking forward to going back to spend more time with her! She made our trip amazing!!Amazing experience!!

Elizabeth was an amazing guide! Not only did she listen and customize our day to what we asked to see, she anticipated other sites to see on the way and in the area. She was a wealth of knowledge, fun, flexible, encouraged us to be adventurous and try new things, and open to sharing her own experiences as a South African. I’ve just returned from a wonderful trip to South Africa. I was traveling on business, but managed to squeeze one extra day in for exploring Cape Town. One day is absolutely not enough, but with Elizabeth’s knowledge of the city and sights - and her expert planning - I managed to see sooo much! If you’re looking for a guide that knows all the sights in and around Cape Town like the back of her hand, can explain both history as well as the current state of affairs, can plan the most efficient use of your time, and is just incredibly kind and pleasant - then she is your gal! I would love to return to Cape Town, but only if I get to go with Elizabeth. 😁Best day w/nicest,most knowledgeable guide

Elizabeth was the best guide we have ever had and that is not to take away for many of the local guides we have encountered on our trips abroad as they have all been without a doubt passionate about their work but Elizabeth brings a unique gift of not only her immense knowledge but this wonderful warmth that makes going with her similar to going out with your best friend who takes you to all these fabulous places to see and share experiences and make wonderful memories and boy does she know the best places for food and coffee and deserts 😋 We had the best day experience with Elizabeth and without a doubt we would recommend her as “awesome” and we hope to see her again on our next trip to SA Elizabeth is awesome as a guide

It was the best decision to discover Cape town with local guide as I had only one afternoon for it. Elizabeth is a great guide, good story teller, a good laugh, fast walker and driver. Very much caring, was so kind to pick me up from hotel and bring me back. She brought even a sandwich for me! I would only recommend! I would not have seen so much in such a short time without a local :) Thank you, Elizabeth!Great experience

We were so blessed to have Elizabeth as our tour guide on our recent short Cape Town visit. She is a true professional who obviously loves her job. Elizabeth has the knowledge of local history and culture that made all the difference to us. She customized the tour to fit in everything possible for us to see in such a short time frame and even took us to the airport when we flew home!Elizabeth is Great!

Elizabeth was a fantastic guide! She is extremely knowledgeable about everything in Cape Town. She really went above and beyond to give us the best possible tour! We spent 10-12 hours with her and she put together a perfect itinerary for my wife and I to see the best sites! Her passion about South Africa and Cape town specifically is infectious.
