Ellie was absolutely wonderful in planning our private outside tour of the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia and my plan to propose to my, now fiancé. At the appropriate time and place I gave her my phone to video and take pictures. It was absolutely perfect and she was a wonderful photographer for us! The tour and information provided were top notch and made our interior visit afterwards absolutely enjoyable. I cannot recommend Ellie more highly for great communication, outstanding information and a no rush experience that absolutely made my additional request a memory we will always treasure. We got Engaged at the Sagrada Familia

We had a private tour with Ellie and our 3 children (ages 9, 7 and 5). Ellie was engaging from the moment we met her. The kids (and us adults) were informed of the history of Gaudi buildings, Catalonian history and culture by way of a treasure hunt. The kids were given stickers to mark landmarks on a sheet of paper. We walked to the subway and caught the tube to La Segrada Familia and learnt the history of the building. We tried chocolate and marroqui samples (the hot chocolate is next level!). At the end of the tour, the children counted their stickers and received a small prize. We said our goodbyes and made our way into the Segrada. We highly recommend Ellie as a local guide, whether you have children or not. We had the best time.Gaudi Treasure Hunt and Segrada Tour

Ellie was great. She walked us around the exterior of the basilica and explained the significance of the structures. She provided us with historical context about Gaudi and subsequent architects. Lastly, she told us what to look for once we went into the church. By the way, tickets were sold out when we tried to get them but she was able to find tickets through a third party for us. I highly recommend her tour. Sagrada Familia

Ellie is very knowledgeable!! I loved her enthusiasm about her tour! You can really tell she loves Barcelona and all it’s history, along with magnificent architecture! Her way of presenting all the information was attention getting & kept my interest for the entire tour! I highly recommend her!Small bit of Paradise

The tour was shorter than I had expected, lasting 60 minutes, but I probably miss read the details. Having a private tour worked well for our group. The level of detail was great. Highly recommend.Definitely worth while.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Ellie for our Gaudi historical tour-she is extremely knowledgeable in this subject and supplements the history with numerous amusing anecdotes-she is unhurried and clear in her delivery and the tour was well planned and dealt with all aspects contained on the itinerary. We (4 adults) spent the morning with Ellie. She did an excellent job of explaining the history of Gaudi to us and showing us the many examples of his work. We also went to Park Guell. The best part was her knowledge of the exterior of the Sagurda Familia! She really made the entire project make sense to all of us. Would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.Great guide!

I previously wrote a review about this tour. Everything was great about the information and insight that Ellie gave us about Sagrada Familia. Apparently I was mistaken about Ellie not accompanying us into the church. The tour did not include an inside tour of the church. I am sorry if my mistake influences anyone about booking with Ellie. She was a very good and thorough tour guide. Do not hesitate to use her for a tour of the Sagrada Familia or any other tours in Barcelona!! Very informative tour of Sagrada Famila
