I'm Belgian and have been living in Brussels for 13 years. I am passionate about music, cinema, beer and this city generally, and would be excited to share my knowledge and favourite spots in town with travellers. We visited three bars and had a variety of beers and bar food. (I never thought I’d like cheese with mustard, but it was amazing). The local Belgian drinks lived up to their expectations. Elodie was fantastic company. Both as a guide explaining the history of things, and as a delightful companion for a night out who let me see a little what living in this country was like. 100% would do again.Fell in love with Brussels

We had a fabulous tour with Elodie. We highly recommend. Elodie educated us on traditional beer and brewing and she was able to suggest drinks to suit what we liked. Even if you are not a beer drinker this tour is great. Cherry beer is great for first timers ! Elodie also offered local hints and tips. We ate at a traditional restaurant Elodie recommended and it was also amazing. We also visited beer houses off the beaten tourist path as part of the tour that we wouldn’t have normally gone to and the accompanying snacks with the drinks were lovely. Really recommend this tour. I really enjoyed this tour with Elodie. She has a great knowledge of all things beer-related, made great beer tasting recommendations and showed me some lovely new Belgian bars, that I have never visited before even though I already know Brussels quite well. Elodie was absolutely amazing and a wonderful guide. She took us to some great spaces we would never have visited on our own and helped guide our beer experience with new things. She took time to make the tour personable and interesting. We could not recommend her or this experience more! If visiting Brussels, this is a must do!Amazing experience! This is a must do!

We enjoyed our Beer and Bites tour in Brussels! It exceeded all of our expectations. Our host Elodie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sharing fascinating insights about the brewing process and Belgian beer styles. We also learned about the history of the area. We stopped at three distinct locations, each offering a unique atmosphere and selection of beers. The cheese and meats at each stop were also delicious. The combination of great beers and engaging stories made for an awesome experience. This tour is a must for anyone looking to dive into the Belgian beer scene! Elodie was amazing! This tour was a highlight of our entire trip. We discovered spots we never would have found on our own and tried three different kinds of Belgian beers. The cheeses Elodie paired with the beers were great as well. 10/10 recommend this tour!A highlight of our trip

Elodie was a fantastic guide for this tour! Her passion and knowledge for beer and the culture of Belgium/Brussels really kicked off our trip well. She not only gave us incredible recommendations for what to drink at every stop, but had tips and insight on the city that we could use for the rest of our trip. Elodie genuinely cared about making our experience exactly what we wanted and hand selected places to fit our specific desires. She took us to what she called “Holy Trinity” of local bars with unique Belgian beer options. We had a fantastic time and would recommend Elodie and the beer tour to anyone in Brussels!Knowledgeable, informative, and fun!

I booked Elodie’s tour for my partner and I on the first night we were in Brussels. It worked out perfectly since Elodie gave us many recommendations throughout the city. Elodie started off our tour a bit of Belgian history and then we were quickly off to our first bar. We had 3 stops and at each of the bars we had one drink and a small table snack. Elodie gave her recommendation of beer for each bar and shared some history behind the breweries and/or type of beer too. She did not steer us wrong either! We had a fantastic evening together full of laughs, good stories, and learning about Belgian culture from a local’s perspective. I HIGHLY recommend Elodie.A night we’ll remember forever.

We are so grateful to have had Elodie as our tour guide, she is a truly wonderful tour guide! Elodie was very proactive in communicating with us before our tour, provided excellent directions, and met us (early!) at the appointed location. After introductions, Elodie made a special effort to connect with us, speaking with each of us individually, asking questions, and making sure she was able to meet our individual expectations. As it turns out, our original tour had been canceled, which is why we had signed up for Elodie’s beer and tasty bites tour. As soon as Elodie learned what had happened she made adjustments as best as possible to better fit our preferences. Elodie was willing to share information about points of interest and to answer our countless questions. Throughout the tour, Elodie was engaging and delightful, and shared many interesting anecdotes about Brussels, its people, history and evolution. And of course, Elodie’s expertise and knowledge of beers was outstanding! She educated us about local beers, styles, histories, brewing techniques and the best places to find and enjoy them! We had a fabulous time. Elodie created a wonderful tailored experience for us. We would give Elodie ten stars if they were available! Thank you Elodie, you are a gem! Elodie is wonderful!
