If you can only spend 3 hours in Brussels, then this is the way to do it. Elodie is very knowledgeable and has some little historical secret secrets under her sleeve. I will not share so you have to book her. :-). My son and I had a perfect afternoon with Elodie tasting delicious morsels Brussels have to offer. Perfect afternoon in Brussels

Elodie was a great guide and shared fun local history along with tasty bites. She tailored the tour to our tastes (including a 14 year old who prefers savory to sweet) and we sampled a wide variety of local specialties including frites, cheese, beer, waffles, chocolate and more. This was a great tour, and Elodie was amazing. She was so inviting and knowledgable, and the food we ate was so good. We even ended up going back to a few of the restaurants later that day. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Brussels! It was a great experience.
