I was born and raised in Barcelona. Arts, cultures and travelling have always interested me, which explains why I have a degree in Tourism and Tour Guiding professional course. My inquisitive mind brought me to life abroad in English speaking countries for 5 years.

Elvira was an amazing tour guide and we enjoyed every stop that she recommended: Montserrat (monastery, hike, and farmers market), Vinyanova (traditional farm lunch), and Callbato (small village community). Elvira exceeded our expectations. Not only were the restaurants awesome, she provided stories about her culture. Food choices were amazing. Real local spots a tourist would not know about. We had a fantastic experience with Elvira. We loved the day she planned for us to visit the caves, learn of their fascinating history and share a traditional meal in the most picturesque setting. Wir hatten eine bereichernde Zeit mit Elvira! Es fühlte sich an, als würden wir mit einer Freundin spazieren gehen. Völlig entspannt und mit vielen Einblicken in die katalanische Kultur, führte sie uns durch die charmanten Gassen der Viertel El Born und Gothic. Ein Highlight der Tour war der Besuch einer ursprünglichen Tapasbar, wo wir die lokale Küche genießen konnten. Leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei. Elvira sendete uns auch nach der Tour weitere wertvolle Tipps, auch zu spanischer Musik, die ich liebe! Wir können Elvira sehr empfehlen. Kultur & Tapas: Tour mit Herz und Genuss!

We went wine tasting and to Montserrat with Elvira. It was a really cold day, but I can't blame that on Elvira. Despite the cold we had a lovely day. Good wine and interesting conversation with both Elvira and the young owner of the winery. The monastery was also nice, and I think we will come back on a warmer day. Elvira knows a lot and shares her knowledge in an inviting way as she is also clearly interested in what we said. Very interesting to hear about the history of Catalonia. The car was not really suited for elderly people After the trip Elvira sent suggestions for other excursions and recommendations for restaurants. Can only recommend Elvira

The tour was enjoyable and the olive oil farm was a highlight. Montserrat was peaceful and gorgeous. However, Elvira is a dangerous and inexperienced driver. I would recommend booking a tour with her that does not involve a vehicle. Poor and dangerous driving
