Ciao Amici, I know many of you are eager to check off the dozen or so items that mark a trip to Rome. But…there is definitely room to take a historical tour of the city center from the viewpoint of a traveler of the last half of the 19th century. The artists that you’ve come to Rome to experienced have also accomplished great works all over the city, and the city itself has changed, as it has done so many times, reinvigorating itself for new generations while preserving historically that which should not be changed. I asked Emanuele questions about the past, the present, and possibly, what is the future. I think you will certainly enjoy his breadth of knowledge, his clear delivery, and his gracious manner as you learn about a part of Rome which is very dear to him and which will likewise become dear to you with your improved understanding. We were very charmed, as a bonus, to have the opportunity to view a church on Vatican ground. have also greatly enjoyed a book he shared with me, which he has written, containing information and drawings of the much-beloved historical monuments in Rome. I myself am a writer, and I truly am enjoying this novel little book. A delightful educational stroll

I have been on many tours of Rome and throughout the world, and this tour stood out to me as far more superior than other tours. First, our tour guides had an incredibly deep knowledge of their city and country. Emanuele and his son were professional, clear, and most importantly passionate about their hometown. Passion makes the difference and you can see it and hear it in their stories. I felt as if my good friends were touring me around their wonderful city. Next, if you have seen the main attractions, such as the Vatican, the Coliseum, etc etc, then you can customize and they will get you to some of the most interesting sites that you would typical miss on a large tour. Lastly, you gain a perspective of the Italian culture throughout the tour with a quick espresso stop and other fun stops. Thank you so much for the everlasting memory for my son and I. We will cherish it forever. The Best Tour of my Life!

Emanuel was our guide and was awesome, his knowledge, professionalism and kindness were great. He guided us to different places with a deep explanation of the history related to each one. Con mia moglie, abbiamo passato una stupenda giornata con Emanuele in una visita alle chiese di Roma ed alle Terme di Caracalla. Emanuele ci ha edotto su aspetti della Roma antica, veramente poco noti, come le acque che arrivavano a Roma attraverso i vari acquedotti, interrotti dai barbari invasori e ripristinati solo nei secoli successivi. Anche nella visita alle chiese la nostra guida è stata molto esauriente nelle spiegazioni e nei dettagli. Abbiamo imparato moltissimo e ci siamo personalmente trovati a nostro agio come se avessimo trascorso una giornata con un amico, appassionato di Roma e di profonda e raffinata cultura.visita privata con Emanuele del 25/01/2025

After spending a few days in Rome on our own time. I felt something was missing. I wanted a guided tour. I came across this site and happened to see Vinny, Vivi & Neul offerings. I booked without any hesitation. Emanuele was our tour guide. He was god send. He worked with the day before to know my interests and his way of seeing Rome. I trusted him and let him work the details. Must I say, his approach won over my 18 and 15 year old. He took his time and checked with us if we could spare additional time to view Rome. This tour has given us a whole new perspective of Rome and its beauty. Please take this trip if it fits your budget. Discuss with him and have a great time.Take this trip

We were a party of 4 and decided to do a tour by car as my parents are not big fans of walking. So Emanuele picked us up with his fantastic and very comfortable Mercedes GLA and off we went! It was basically the first time for all of us in Rome (my parents had visited ages ago and didnt remember much). We spent 3 hours with Emanuele taking us around the most known must see places in Rome but also showed us many hidden gems. We made several stops to walk around certain parts of the city. The tour was also a compact lesson of the history of Italy!! Rome for Dummies! His great passion and knowledge made this tour really worth while. He was very attentive even after the tour during our whole stay suggesting things to do the next day and recommended also restaurants (not only the "famous" one that are known to tourists but also the ones the locals prefer, which is what one really needs. He was really awesome. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon again.The perfect Rome tour!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Emanuele. We had a short amount of time in Rome and wanted to give our son a guided tour. Although my husband and I had been previously, we were all treated to some new historical spots. A highlight for me was Michangelo’s Moses at San Pietro and the visit at San Francesco d'Assisi a Ripa. Emanuele was a great tour guide and you can see his passion for his city throughout the experience! Tour of Rome

We loved our tour with Viviana - she was fabulous!! Took us to places in the city for amazing views, The Vatican, a few really pretty churches, and to the Colosseum area. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very accommodating to our needs. Do not look any further for a tour, you need to book now! Great Afternoon in Rome
