I am a passionate Parisian living in Paris for 20 years.

I’m a full time guide licensed since 2021 but I’ve been a tour leader since 2017

I love art history, museums and French culture.

The Louvre and Orsay museums are my favorites in Paris.

I like walking tours too such as Montmartre because of all the artists that lived there. I like to make to connections between paintings and different places or monuments in Paris or Versailles.

My special interests are also about gardens, architecture, art, cinema and cats.

I can organize half a day tour to Versailles, or other places in Paris with a pick up from your hotel using public transports. I will get back to you with an answer on the same day. Half a day tour is a total of 650€ (website fees included and it’s the same price up to 6 persons) and 1100€ for a full day.

We spent the day with Emilie touring both the Louvre & D’Orsay with lunch in the park in between. Emilie provided us with head sets so we could clearly hear her stories, background and history of everything we viewed today. Emilie was sensitive to our limitations and accommodated accordingly. Emilie was knowledgeable, informative and answered all of our questions. Her depth of knowledge both historically and academically added an unforeseen and greatly appreciated element to our experience in both museums. Emilie is kind, compassionate and passionate about her trade as a guide. Her English is wonderful as was her sense of humor! We had an awkward start through no fault of Emilie’s. The Lourve opened an hour late and there was at least a couple thousand people in line. Emilie kept us comfortable and entertained. She also helped keep our spot as second in line while countless other groups tried push their way to the front or “make friends” at the head of the line. Once inside Emilie gave us a wonderful tour and even spent extra time with us to make up for the late start. Highly recommend her!Emilie is the best!

Thank you so much Emilie for our fantastic tour of the Louve! We can't rave enough about Emilie and are so thankful we booked the Louve with her. We didn't give her a "must see" list of art to see, we are experienced museum goers so we left it to Emilie to show us her version of the Louve. We spent a fair bit of time learning to history of the museum itself rather than running from one masterpiece to the next and are we the better for it! There is a vast part of the original medieval fortress that predates the museum that many people miss. We learned all about it and so enjoyed this part of the tour! After teaching us the history of the Louve, we did see several "must see's" as well. I also wanted to visit the Couture Exhibit and Emilie made sure we knew exactly how to get to the beginning of that show. We could not be happier with her and highly recommend Emilie as a guide! Thanks again Emilie!!Absolutely Wonderful!!

Emilie was great at communicating before our visit about meeting and tickets. She kept us on schedule and showed us a large variety of the collection in only 2 hours which I know we could not have done on our own. She also was informative about the art without being dry. She also took us to the gallery we wanted to visit after our tour was over to make sure we didn’t get lost. I would book with her again. Great morning at the louvre

Emile's appreciation for the Louvre's treasures is contagious. Following a bout of severe food poisoning, we were weakened, and wondered if we'd even be able to manage the tour with our diminished reserves. We spent 3 hours at the Louvre with Emilie, she was brilliant at focussing on the core exhibits and sharing the fascinating history of the building with us. It was our second “With locals” experience and we highly recommend the guides, they are all great and know how best to navigate the main sights to maximum effect. Emilie was also really considerate and friendly and we enjoyed meeting her and loved her enthusiasm for her subject. Wonderful Louvre tour
