We did the 10 Tastings of Istanbul tour with Emre through Cihangir and Beyoğlu, and it was a fantastic introduction to the city’s food and culture. Emre was passionate, knowledgeable, and made sure I had great vegetarian options too. The tour was relaxed, not rushed, and full of delicious stops—especially the Acıbadem cookie from a 100-year-old bakery. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Istanbul! We had a nice tour with Emre around the Taksim square. Eventhough it was a food tour Emre also gave us an nice overview of the area that we were walking on its history and its significance. We visited a lot nice small local cafés and restaurants. Some which known more to the locals than the tourists. Overall it was a very nice experience and we would definitely go back to some of these places again while we are here in Istanbul.Very nice food tour with Emre

Emre was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The tour takes you to some of the best highlights. All typical Turkish, enough to fill up but not completely stuffed. Which was perfect. Emre made some last minute adjustments and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Good food tour

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine tolle Erlebnis Tour durch Istanbul. Emre empfing uns wie Freunde. Er ist ein ausgesprochen netter und warmherziger Mensch. Mit großer Begeisterung, kleinen Geschichten und persönlichen Erinnerungen zeigte er uns sein Istanbul. Ohne ihn hätten wir die Stadt nie so kennengelernt. Wir hatten zu Viert die Foodtour durch die Innenstadt gebucht. Emre ist sehr sehr nett. Er hat uns nicht nur mit dem Leckersten, was Istanbul zu bieten hat, versorgt, sondern auch mit ganz vielen Informationen rund um die Innenstadt. Die 10 Tastings waren sehr gut ausgesucht. Selbst hätten wir dort nicht gegessen. Sowohl die herzhaften, als auch die süßen Snacks haben voll unseren Geschmack getroffen. Sollten wir je wieder nach Istanbul kommen, buchen wir alle unsere Touren mit Emre.Ein genussvoller Abend mit Emre

Our food tour on the Asian side of Istanbul (Kadikoy) with Emre was fantastic! Emre is a very kind and sympathetic guide who likes to blend with the group (he remembered al our 9 names after 1 introduction!) and understands how to create a mixture of a great food experience but also some local and historical perspectives with the perfect dose of humor. He had an answer to basically every question we had and his English language is like a native speaker. Upfront I was most nervous about the 4-hour duration of the tour would be too much, but we all enjoyed every minute of it! Fantastic experience

A group of 5 of us went to Istanbul in May 2025 and wanted a food based tour. We met with Emre and started the tour - we went to lots of stops and sampled the delicacies of Istanbul and heard all about the history of the city and the food we sampled. Emre went above and beyond for all our needs. He was the most fantastic host! It was informative, fun and delicious! Lots of laughs along the way too. Would recommend 100%! Fantastic tour and host!

A wonderful introduction to Istanbul and its history through an artisanal culinary lens. Emer paced the tour really well letting us soak up the vibe of each area and place he took us too. We’d never have ventured to the places he showed us and Emer is clearly proud of the cities food heritage. Some of the family run businesses were very special. Local pasdion meets local food
