I spent most of my time abroad in various countries. Living abroad was quite an eye-opening experience for me; it has embedded me the desire to explore the world and constantly seek knowledge about different cultures and topics. I have come to enjoy the life of a nomad.

I believe Berlin is a perfect cosmopolitan city, where I have the opportunity to meet different people of various backgrounds and cultures. I also enjoy sharing my culture and knowledge with others and I am always open to learn new things.

Eros provided an excellent introduction to Berlin, as this was our first time here. He showed us several sights and explained the significance of each. We even came across the Festival of Lights that was going on which was a nice treat! You won’t go wrong with Eros. Excellent Introduction to Berlin

Eros was amazing, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a thorough grasp of the complicated history but delivered the stories in a straightforward and respectful way. He was also very kind with my 80 year old father who is hard of hearing and made a special effort to speak clearly with him. Thanks for a great tour Eros. My husband and I have lived in Berlin three years, and we treated his parents to a tour on their first visit to the city. I would highly recommend Eros for both first-timers, as well as residents, who want a deepened understanding and appreciation of Berlin history! Eros was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging; he hit all of the major sites in Mitte on a compact tour, which was absolutely *packed* with information. He was always able to answer questions, and he also did a great job looking out for family members who couldn't walk as much, finding spots to sit and rest along the way. I was amazed at how much we saw and learned in such a short amount of time; it was honestly a much better experience than the 3.5 hour walking tour I had previously taken, which felt a bit long, slow, and bloated by the end. This was the first time I’d used WithLocals and it was a brilliant experience. We had only arrived in Berlin a couple of hours earlier. Our guide Eros was welcoming, knowledgeable and really helped us understand the city. Our whole group thought it was a great way to learn about a new place. Eros is very attentive and engaging even few days before the tour. He kindly pre reminded me with clothing option due to weather condition. He was already at the meeting point before the agreed time. His knowledge about ww2 and nazi is amazing! Very passionate in telling the history and took time to answer questions. Thank you so much for the tour Eros! Eros gave us a walking tour of Berlin focusing on the Nazis—Eros’ command of this grim period of time was informative —His English is excellent and his journalistic approach to understanding the complexity and contradictions of Berlin and its people were so helpful. It’s one thing to read about Berlin in books, another to experience it as you walk about…we give Eros our highest recommendation and will hire him again in our next trip back to Berlin!Berlin Under Nazis with Eros

Eros is extremely knowlegeable and educated on the history of Berlin. The tour was really insightful and super informative to us. We learnt alot on the history of WWII and Berlin, indeed good depth of history. After the tour, Eros was also very nice to recommend us some places and bars to try out too!

We found in Eros the perfect guide in Berlin! My sister and I were with our mother who is in a electric wheelchair. Eros took everything in very kind consideration and she too had a wonderful experience. He has interesting stories and tells them with lots energy, persuasion and sometimes a touch of humor! After the tour he gave us a good tip for a very nice lunch on a terrace away from the crowds. Eros, thank you for a great day in Berlin! All the best from Andrea, Sanne & EstherEros rocks!
