Esra is a lovely person. She is very knowledgeable about Istanbul and the culture and history of Turkey. She went out of her way to come to the port to meet us and took us on the tram to the centre. I would not hesitate to recommend her. A very interesting tour and lovely guide

Esra is an experienced and very knowledgeable guide with an effervescent personality that shines! We loved her personal connections and the way she shared her stories. Esra was very flexible about adjusting her tour to suit our interests. Our only concern was that Esra was a little too interested in taking us to certain merchants when we visited the Bazaar, despite the fact that we explained a few times that we had no particular shopping interests.A very informative tour!

Esra was a super guide and we loved every minute with her taking us around the must see and hidden sights of Istanbul. Her knowledge was outstanding and passionate to the max about the history, culture, food of Istanbul and Turkey. Super friendly, helpful and with a great sense of humour made for a most enjoyable day. Esra is the ultimate professional, her vast knowledge and experience shows and we cant recommend her enough. Esra made Istanbul's history come alive for our group of 7 friends. First, she asked and listened to to what we wanted to see and the style of tour we wanted. Then she delivered and went beyond expectations. We came away awe-stricken by the beauty, intrigue and history of the Ottomans but not because of a boring history lesson, but rather a guide who made the tour like watching a movie or reading a good novel. Esra was an amazing tour guide and very shortly into the tour we felt like we were seeing the city and visiting with family. Her passion for travel and love of her home town/country poured out through the historical details and cultural wisdom that she shared. She made our first day in Turkey fun and full! Esra is the most helpful guide ever. We had a really nice and informative tour and even more, she gave us a lot of useful information about other sights, restaurants etc. Even after we finished the guided tour she kept in contact with me and gave us useful information. I really recomend her and will book her next time in Istanbul.Fantastic service
