Evanthia is everything you want as a private tour guide! She quickly made us feel as thought we were good friend having a fun day exploring Athens! Her knowledge on how to navigate the crowds, where to take the best photos (and great photographer skills!), and her depth on the history and heartfelt connection to her culture is unbeatable. We travel many times a year and often do a food tasting tour the first day. This was the worst food tour we have ever experienced. The food we tasted was incredibly unimaginative (for example: a package of oregano and a package of bread sticks from a supermarket as two of the tastings!) Evanthia did not seem to have any real knowledge of Greek food, nor did she take us anywhere to taste any interesting local cuisine, except 2 pieces of filo pie we shared between the 5 of us. I DO NOT recommend a food tour with Evanthia. We were hugely underwhelmed.Disappointing food tour with Evanthia

Evanthia was an exceptional guide for my Acropolis and museum tour. Her deep knowledge of Greek mythology and the history of Ancient Greece brought every site and artifact to life. My family loved visiting Athens with Evanthia! It was the perfect way to get to know the city on our first full day in Athens. Eva was energetic, fun and informative and was able to connect with both parents and teens. She showed us some local spots and delicacies that we would not have learned about without her and gave us great recommendations for activities and places to eat for later in our trip. She also took some great photos of our family that we are so happy to have. We highly recommend doing a tour with Evanthia. You will learn so much and will have a great time! Fantastic tour with Eva!

My wife and I were very fortunate to have Evanthia as our private tour guide for the acropolis and new museum . She was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the subject matter as she was an archeological expert. Evanthia was also very responsive to our needs as seniors and very helpful and flexible.
