¡Hola! My name is Eva, I am tour guide, blogger and actress. I had been looking for a long time for a way to harmoniously mix my passions - traveling and acting, communicating with people in my favorite place, in Spain. That's how tour guide profession ocurred to me.

My mission is to help people explore this beautiful country, its culture, history and people. I don't only help you to visit the main attractions, but also provide a full immersion in the culture of the country. I take into account all the wishes of my guests, based on the already compiled programs.

Yulia was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G-! We met around 9:30 AM and set about on a brisk morning walk to kickstart our tour. Having hit many of the "must see" sights already, we were looking for a unique experience to fully immerse us into the local culture and 'off the beaten path' sights. Yulia 100% met our expectations and even delivered beyond. Her historical knowledge was on point, not to mention her knowledge on fun facts, neighborhoods, diversity, local customs, etc. We learned so much today of a 'behind the scenes' view. We asked many questions and Yulia indulged us each and every time. We definitely recommend the tour as you will be exposed to an experience that the locals live on a daily basis. We covered many miles in walking, so wear comfortable shoes! We really appreciated the coffee break to rest our feet and to chat comfortably over coffee, tea and beer. We did have a hiccup in our meeting point which we assume responsibility for as we should have abided by the confirmation note in WhatsApp vs. the booking details in withlocals.com. Yulia, however, was incredibly patient and accommodating and was so very kind to us not holding our hiccup against us.Magical Madrid

I would highly recommend Eva to take you around Madrid. She took me to places the locals would only go and she wowed me with her knowledge, her enthusiasm and her love for Madrid and travel in general. She made my day and look forward to coming back to Madrid to have Eva show me more. Mucho gracias. Eva was a sheer delight

When I booked this Madrid food tour I selected a native Spaniard. WithLocals replaced her with Eva. While Eva was very nice and had a good deal of knowledge, she was not a "local", but a Russian who migrated to Spain 5 years before. Her expertise was clearly history not food, as a couple of times she did not know what the food was we were looking at and most of her commentary was about history. Her English was heavily accented which often made it hard to hear when walking on the streets. The food we experienced was OK but nothing special other than the dessert. WithLocals has been replacing my choices of tour guides lately with non-native guides. In addition their prices have gone up significantly in recent years.Nice but not a local

The tour with Eva was so well planned and she was so knowledgeable. It was a perfect blend of culture and history and she curated it just how we wanted. The hidden gems of Madrid that she showed us were so much fun and we got a true feel and sense of the city even though we were there for a day.Great tour

We came to Madrid during rainy days and having such a great guide made our impression much nicer. Despite pouring rain, Eva showed us nicest sides, introduced to special traditional places and even made a stretch to lead us to the sports shops of interest to our son. She was able to introduce us with Madrid in a language that appealed to us adults and to our 12 years old son. Would we go again, we will for sure book another tour with Eva.Tour in Madrid

While we are flying to Madrid from San Sebastián, we noticed that Madrid was going to be around 95-100 F during our scheduled tour time. We contacted Eva early in the morning and she responded quickly and was able to change the time so that we can walk around during a cooler window of time. We also only had the afternoon in Madrid as we had a flight early next morning. Eva has a lot of positive energy which we needed as our family was tired and it was hot. Eva had a good fund of knowledge and able to show us both some of the must see (royal palace, cathedral and Mercat San Miguel) to some of the local spots that people would not have known. I would suggest that if one would choose Eva, one should ask questions. I think that she is is relatively familiar with the sites that she takes you on, but to get the most out of the tour, it is best to ask questions as well. Ambulating Through Madrid
