I am 36 years old and have lived in Parma for 17 years. Born and raised in Puglia, I moved to Parma to study environmental sciences. I work at school and in my free time I like to show people my city and the beauties that our country offers from a historical-cultural, but also naturalistic-environmental point of view. I am also passionate about music and food and I would like to tell you why Parma is one of the most important cities from these points of view. I speak fluent English and Italian (being a native speaker), I also know French. Another passion of mine is dancing; I have been dancing tango, salsa, bachata and lindy-hop for seven years and could teach some steps. The tour wasn’t what we expected. Fabio was really nice, but it wasn’t really food tour. We had some nice charcuterie at one spot and then gelato, but we expected multiple stops and a tour focused more on the food of the region rather than history. The description refers to at least 3 stops and a food tour, so we just didn’t feel it matched the description and the price.

Fabio is a great guy and a great guide. We learned a lot about the architectural history of Parma, our interest, and tasted great food, our other interest. The tour was well paced, getting around, making good use of the time, while not rushing. Many thanks Fabio!Well balanced, well paced
